I have fewa queries about Phase 7 commercial files with respect to the Moza they are associated with. For example if I buy a file of Moza Sangatpura, then the plot will also be allocated in the same moza or it can be in any CCA of Phase 7? Currently there are 4 CCAs in phase 7? Isany risk there of buying the commercial file at this stage? Please advise

I have a bit unusuall question than on going discussions.

We have 1K plot in DHA Phase 9 and 1K in Statelife Phase 2. For visa application we have to show our both plots with estimated prise.

Can anyone tell me how we could give a certified prise estimation to embassy?

May be someone have already gone throug this phase. Your advises will be highly appreciated.

A stay order is in place and no development happening in GVR,

however

on the rest of Ring Road Route passing through Bahria town construction activity in full swing and new permissions being granted by Bahria.

Why does this stay order not apply on the rest of the ring road route passing through Bahria Town lahore.

Can any of the legal eagles such as Arshad sb or any one else on this forum explain this anomaly.
