Golf View Residencia future

Dear CMY and LRE Experts

Please share latest news relating to this project.

The latest was that Bahria announced having agreed with the authorities concerned that Lahore Ring Road Southern Loop will spare most of the properties situated with in Bahria and especially Golf View Residencia.

However any such arrangement was denied by the government in a publicly displayed notice.

Please share what can GVR investors, which includes me, expect keeping in view all available facts.

as per my understanding about GVR bahria authority would minimize the Golf area to adjust its members .
if Lahore ring route passes from it.
the others victims will have compensation on their lands according to Bahria management.
GVR members should continuously call Bahria to pressurize

Dear Mr. Zaka,

Not as much as u thinking. I was expecting 10% raise from right now, as normal plots are hanging in between 50 to 55 nowadays and almost in all good localities in Lahore like Johar Town, Wapda Town, EME etc. are in the bracket of 60 to 65 for 5 marla.
I may be wrong in estimation.

Congratulations to all prism plot holders especialy blocks A,C,P,Q and D, the prices have one more jump in March and now all good plots not best ones, crossed 1 crore mark. Atleast 1 million rps jump in this month.

I am not talking about the premium plots, infect good location plots are not available in the Market @ one crore. I am sure within few months it would become a very difficlut task for dealers to arrange good location plots for buyers. DHA management cleverly scaling up the price benchmarks of Prism Plots through development initiation strategy. YES Mosa is right

Visit Beaconhouse housing it comes before AWT on main road, development is very good,location is very good, many houses already constructed, Beaconhouse university is inside colony, 10 marla plot price is round about 45lac

Sir very sorry to know if you are quoting your recent visit and saying there is no park, deserted and small roads. I believe you have visited some wrong location or any village. BTW, enjoyed your living standard statement.

Anyways, they have one of the biggest parks in surrounding societies and in very good condition. B-Block park is developed for last few years, while E-Block is almost ready. Minimum road size is 40 Feet.

I would suggest to revisit and then tell us all about your new point of view.

After considering all factor including standard of development, location backup organizational support, size / standards of roads as well as parks etc, price in which plots are available and security system .......and on top every thing a fraud free society as u being oversees my suggestion is AWT-2. U may come after 10 years ur plot/ house will be safe.... no one can fraud u. rest choice is ur but must visit all above mentioned places to make a choice. best of luck

DHA phase 11 Rahbar sector 2 is the best option for construction of 5 Marla house in blocks G, H or F under DHA name. DHA Rahbar phase 11 is centrally located society, with all the basic facilities, opposite Valencia housing society.
