Phase 9 Extension Files - Location Where?
Does anyone know where the
location of Phase 9 Extension will be? Will it be adjacent to Phase 9 or can DHA adjust it anywhere they want in Lahore?
Dear CMY you were mentioning in several previous posts that the ban on issuance of Ph 9 extension
files has been lifted and now DHA will be converting land and issuing large number of Ph 9 Extension files shortly which will of course bring the price of these files down.
What I want to know is if you have confirmation or inside info regarding which areas/villages DHA will be acquiring land for this purpose? That will give a clear idea of exactly where Phase 9 Extension will be located.
So far I have only heard vague responses of Ph 9 Extension files being of land acquired by DHA across the Hadiara drain from Ph 9.
What are the prospects of Ph 9 Extension? Future wise, location wise, price wise etc When do you think this will get developed and balloted? Will it be finalized as Ph 9 Extension or become the mythical missing Phase 10 DHA? :)
