It's news in market that DHA received more than 3 lac application against ballots plots.
There are nearly 300 plot that's market value in some how 70 to 80 crore, but DHA received none refund available amount more than 4 Arab wow from application. What's business strategy adopted by DHA lahore.

so the probability of average plot is 1 in 120,,,,means if somebody submitted at least 120 applications for a normal plot, he might win it. and for 10 marla plots, if somebody has submitted around 200 applications for same plot he might win it.
The chances of win are very very low for those who submitted few applications like 10 or 20

Between the two no doubt DHA RAHBAR as near cluster of developed societies and previous phases. Last three months gains are more then 15 lacs average for developed 5 Marla plots.

Heard that ivy green commercial file balloting can be held any day and that some files were even balloted a few weeks back. I'm looking to buy one. Does any one know the location of these 4 Marla commercial files in ivy green after balloting?

Yes I too believe that DHA Town 5 Marla prices will rise but not too much as it will then compete with prices of Prism 1 kanal or Phase 7 10 marla. Some people did point out that the possession factor in 9 Town but there are lot of investors too who don't care about possession. I think there is a limit to increase in 5 Marla, So as soon as prices rose 5-10 lac in mid or end of year best time to sell it and hold 10 marla or 1 kanal in Prism for maximum gain if intension is not making house.

12.5 advance then 10 by march.. and after that when is next 10 due? Is it again march





I am asking this bcuz original advance payment was 22.5 lakh but dealers negotiated with bahria and paid 12.5 advance only.

I want to know if I have to pay 20 lakh or 10 lakh in march.

I think that is disputed area. That actually DHA bought from one (orginal of fake seller) but later someone else also claimed same land. As per my information (could be incorrect), minimum 7 to 9 years would be required to clear this area including villages.

DHA probably does not own it, but it intends to cut a deal on it shortly.

DHA Never reveals its plans for buying any area before hand or via maps. The area is part of DHA with some litigation issues
