There is one person on this forum who keeps posting the same thing every single day - 'Prism is overpriced' - why I know it's the same person is because of the same grammatical mistakes in every post. The person keeps recommending Phase 7 to every investor whether the customer query is about Prism or even Bahria Town. Dude we are not interested. Stop wasting our time. Stop comparing Prism to a phase located next to BRB canal with no reasonable access points. For God's sake grow up. If you can't afford Prism buy something in Phase 7 right next to the lovely BRB canal. If uska bhi budget naheen hai to go further south and buy something in Amritsar.

Please advise the prospects of DHA RAHBAR 10Marla File @37. On ground 10M plots are being sold as high as 90lacs if one get a good location in Phase 2 Rahbar do you think it's a good choice of buying 10Marla file at 37lacs? Please Advise?

Minimum Roads width in Prism

Hi,

what is the minimum road width in prism.
if we look at map, there are few roads with 45, for example in Q block .. one road marked as 45.

So in one kanal, is it 40, 45 or 50? I am not sure what is in Phase 7, Phase 8.

Prism M Block - Anmol Housing Society

I was looking to buy in prism over last few weeks. Things were going so speedily that it was unimaginable. It was like Marks & Spencer's sale. Pick up one plot and by the time feedback from seller comes it is picked up by some other party and offer given from someone else and sold.From studying map i got curious about Anmol housing society and enquired about it. This Society is likely to be acquired by DHA as indicated in CMY map of red and blue lines. It has all the facilities other than Gas and is approved from TMA. Price is increasing along with prism and with major road construction will go higher and higher. Before Prism ballot kanal plot was selling at 18 to 20 and same plots have reached to 40. So with low budget is similar powerful investment as prism will grow earlier than prism due to major roads built earlier.
My recommendation is to buy less than 40 in blocks away from drain for investment and can build house earlier than prism to enjoy Prism facilities and investment will be equally fruitful.

Development Status of Phase 8 Proper

what is the status of the development in the phase 8 proper now. when i was in Pakistan in december 2015, visited the DHA office and also met with phase 8 designing team. as per them they have the plan to give possession of sector S first in March 2016. can somebody give us the current status of development on ground.

I missed the train of buying DHA PRISM File and guess i am bit late to enter PRISM. But not too late i guess.

My Question is, should i wait for any expected correction in prices of prism or should i go ahead with purchasing of plot.
