I want to get an insight into the future prospects of Dha bwp. I have given 10 marla plot downpayment and ready to pay the quarterly instalments.However i will appreciate if any one give his candid opinion whether i should hold it for one year or sell it right now.I have also heard that development will start in two months. Any one from LRE can apprise us as Bwp has not come into scene for a long time and diversity in discussion will also make the forum healthy and informative. Thanks

How can an overseas Pakistani apply for DHA plot recently offered on instalments

1. Can an overseas applicant ask someone in Lahore to submit the form (with signature of someone submitting the form). Or

2. Can an overseas applicant complete the form with his own signature and send a scanned copy for submission.

Please advise, as this will help many overseas Pakistanis. Thanks.

Not sure about other investors but i am hugely disappointed by the recent installment plots launch of DHA...most of the plots are on bad to worse locations...and the ones which are at decent locations have already matured price wise. Further 1 year installment plan makes it more unattractive...not recommended at all...DHA is trying to trick investors so think twice before jumping..

N block DHA 6 sector shops location is very weak. That's why price is low.

I am never fan of weak low priced locations even when chance to make money. N block sector shop location market worth is about 60 lacs. I believe after one year when you will complete installments it will give you 20 to 25 Lacs profit. Normal location sector shops in DHA 6 run from 150 to 200 lacs. Some commercial plots in DHA 6 mb sell at 2.25 crore per marla.

Now you are aware about its exact location reason its priced so low by DHA Lahore. You are free to book or not to book. Its your money and do what's right in your mind.
