They did fraud with their old file holders, on the name of khabain e amin,and khabain amin phase 1. Be careful.

It will be a dead investment. I have three plots in different blocks of khayaban e amin. I want to sale but there is no buyer in the market.

I have plots in phase 2 and in m n p blocks good upper cutting are 40 plus and 45 also.
So good returns as last year they were at 28-30 lacs

To compare have a look at Phase 2 M N P blocks good plots are at 45 and some even demanding 50 also for upper cuttings. This should be your bench mark procession not yet given. So yes they will be at par as location is very central

It was Planned as University but now I Think will be residential land., Still there is No Official Comment, There are Many Files in Market and I dont seen any pplace other than that to adjust.
But is Is Just a guess,
I Think Land Between Q Block and Barki Road maight have also been Cleared and these Files may be Located there, It can be big boost to phase 7, as this Location is great and in upper cutting.
CMY is in conatact with original Land Holders and may comment on that.

These plots should be of equal value. I would suggest you to visit the plots before buying to check the depth of the plots and whether they have a DP in front of them. The one that is more leveled and clear is better. However, these plots will look too close to the graveyards as 5 marla plots look far away on the map but are actually closer than they appear. So you should get a plot that is a bit further away from the grave yard.

Any news about Phase 8 Ivy Green development status, it was supposed to be completed one third by now as one year has passed and 3 years was the completion time? Have all the roads been paved and it was supposed to be a different phase with no land issues, DHA commitment, one large holding etc.?

It wasn't me who promised to build ivy green phase 8 in 3 years at balloting, it was DHA that promised during the ground breaking ceremony and one year has passed since then while only one machine is working as per Ahmad means no work?

Experts on this forum had predicted that ivy green is different with no land pockets, large land holding, DHA commitment etc so this time development would be completed in 3 years? And one year has passed so its supposed to be 1/3 developed?

Don't worry IVY Green is small so it would still be delivered in 4-5 years instead of 3 years. As one year has passed, you just need to wait 3-4 more years.

No drop in upper blocks expected. It will now rise & rise due to development start as i said again and again on this Forum that dont delay and ride on train. Once you buy in Prism is right time to buy Now onwards there is an increase in prices but gradually. Regarding Commercials there is a lots of hype seen in last few weeks. That might be Stagnant for Couple of weeks but still best to buy.

Each commercial purchased is gone from market for many years. Commercial get alloted in very short numbers so their supply if always tight.DHA dont allow residential to commercial conversions so supply is very limted. A very good ratio in DHA between res and comm properties. People buy commercial for building plazas and get rental income in years ahead. People that buy commercial have enough holding power knowledge and will to handle small ups and downs properly and smartly. People dont buy commercials for short term trading. These best investment in any DHA Lahore property is commercial property. If one can afford a commercial in DHA Lahore he should not touch residential plots. Only if no budget available look for residential properties in DHA9 Prism Ivy Green DHA7 Parkview etc.

CMY and others. For 4 Marla Commerical buy in Prism and Phase 7 today. Which will give more gain in % in next 3 years? This way I think people on the forum will have a better judgment to make a decision. Budget for the two is different so that's why need to know % gain. Thanks
