All Pakistani expatriates come December time and stay till Jnauary time. if no pick up in prices now then don't wait for MARCH as no reason for its uptick left.

its not all about overseas Pakistani, it depends on some news from DHA like they can start the construction of linking the road of Town to bedian road, as machinery is available on site already.

Town is very much underpriced, it is bound to go up in near future, most probably by Mid-March.

I want to buy 10 Marla in prism one dealer is offering in C near 1672 @ 63 on 80ft road and one is offering in R at 120 ft road near 290 @ 56.

Please advice which one is better to buy and for what. thanx

C plot is too over priced for its location which seems pretty ordinary to me.. Satelife is not the enterance of prism. R plot is much better located . Both deals sound fishy u need new dealers.

As per my understanding they have decided to develop the largest main roads first before developing other streets. The contract is to complete the largest main roads in 12-18 months. As access is developed DHA may keep assigning additional contracts to developers for roads etc.

Prism developmental was started from P block. Ceremony was held in P block. First all wide roads in all Prism blocks to be developed in 12 to 18 months than each block finishing and block wise possesion starting in 36 months starting from A C P D . All blocks to be handed over in 48 months.
