Phase-7 has gained 1.5 to 2 million in last 4-6 months. Is it slow ? It will move further. If still want to quit, quit now and reinvest elsewhere.

Buy 4 Marla commercial file for Rs:175 Lacs at DHA phase 8 Parkview.

Inn Shaa Allah estimated return at the end of this year will be around Rs: 240 Lacs

I recomend not to be so choosy about line, few lines away from graveyard and few lines away from nalla if you get in 27 it is ok, pure central location is ok in 28 , there are only few plots ,I bet in Dec you will not find even in 35 upper cutting central location.
See why phase 6 B and D block 5 merla is same price as kanal in lowest cutting of 7 just 3 KM deep. Same is going to happen here.

Dont give too much hype I agree that J Block have potential but not that much,
DHA phase 6 A, 10 merla in 1.4 Cror and D Block 5 Merla 80-85 Lac vs Lower cutting in of DHA 7 is market anomaly soon you will see flight of phase 7, as it is same area.

Be aware of shuffa thing.
same thing happened with one of my family friend who purchased the land near new vegetable market and latter someone did shuffa.
Always pay extra tax but write down higher price on such properties.

Dont go for that unless you can sit on that land or use it immediately taking possession
This tension free Land buying and possession is only possible in DHA and few approved societies in others there will be many issues.
If you have Local presence and and can maintain possession or use this Land then it is Ok
