It looks good investment considering Multan is a regional hub and DHA with its brand and quality will be a good addition. Further, along with landlords quiet a number of people of the area are in middle east who can invest. Due to the fact that file transfer has tobe done at Multan I suppose outside investors like for Lahore and Islamabad will not be there in large numbers. However, if DHA starts the file transfer at Lahore in future, more investors can be attracted. For sure it is a very good investment if not excellent.

Yesterday i feel so sorry to Mrs Imran who purchased a file in DHA Lahore phase 8 at age of 47 now she is 60 but still did not get possession, so i think we have to wait at least for 10 years in DHA multan

baba je not every person buys a file to build house necessarily. it could be an investment. property prices are increasing day by day. there come many stages one can always quit at any stage. where written that one has to build home if does purchase a file. sell and move to possession plot somewhere else

why not? LRR will have positive impact allover prism. L K H J are currently under priced hence will gain 15-20 lac each plot depending on location.Prism A P C sectors may be 25 lac jump in excellent locations. impact would be visible in coming weeks

5 Marla average location will see a gain of 5-7 lacs and good location 7-10 lacs

1 Kanal average location will see a gain of 10-12 lacs and good location 15+

I have received development charges payment plan from DHA. the amount is 13,00,000. It is asked to make the payment on quarterly. Could anyone of you guide me how to make payments,,,by draft,payment orders or direct credit in account??

Best Thing is to go to DHA Office get Cahallan and Pay in the Bank with in the Complex You will get Immediate receipt. You also save 1000 Rs as bank dues.
Otherwise you can send Crossed Cheque or Pay order etc and will get receipt later on clearence. You may send by Post and mention your address. Direct payment to their account is not good idea.

Habib bhaee has given very dangerous but realistic pic if we fail to pay dev charges on time 8-9 lac extra too much.
I hv relocated and need to change my address in dha files so as to receive any letter on dev charges, dha web dont respond, nor guide how can i do address change remotely since am an overseas. If habib bhaee or anybody on the forum can guide, will appreciate that.

Dont get Folled it is 20% anuually Compounded they will claculate dues at the end of year and add 20% to it , At 3 years it will be 2,830,000 in other word you will pay about 9 Lac extra if you pay after 3 years, and every year will be incresing about 6 to 7 Lac

J will have the maximum maujaan because it is and was dirt cheap. People were selling plot for 20 lacs.

I think even the boundary plot of upper cutting of J block will be 28-30 lacs in coming months.

There is no confirm news from DHA but from the on groubd situation it looks that this should not take another 6 months. Maximum work is already done. I hav not seen myself but heard that construction started in upper part of Y block. Lets see as I am also waiting for possession to start my home.
