I have one query.
how about Pak Arab society schemes on FerozPur road? Prices in Pak Arab are even higher than DHA.
Recently they are offering 3 Marla plots @ around 12 Lakh and same 3 Marla plots @ 15 lakh in installments.

Is it safe to invest in Pak Arab future sectors?
Are all these Pak Arab sectors are LDA approved??

What do I do to pick up DHA Allotment Letter for my plot in Phase 8. I bought it a while back and have made all the installment payments. I'll be in Lahore for Eid and wanted to know the process. Is this something I can pick up in one visit to DHA by just going to their counter?

I think DHA should concentrate on completion and development of ongoing projects and focus their resources on maintenance and security of already existing phases. Otherwise reputation of DHA seems to be heading towards collapse.
