In DHA Lahore insiders are telling me DHA Lahore phase 9 will be launched at min 75 lacs in 3 years installments and there is slight possibility it could be sold at even 85 lacs. Few crazy :) people in DHA Lahore office are even talking about unrealistic 1 crore price tag plan for not 3 but 5 year installment for 1 kanal plot in DHA ph 9 any time this year. These people argue there will be enough buyers willing to pay even 1 crore if plots are offered in 5 year installments.
DHA Lahore phase 9 is a lot secure investment too as it a military project. We also recommend it because it fits all type budgets from under 12 lacs to 35 lacs for a kanal current price so almost every one could buy it easily.
Prices have once again rose too much in all good competitor projects making DHA Lahore phase 9 once again one of the most cheapest investment that is also safe secure from Qabza groups or frauds etc
I have been telling my clients for past 2 3 years future gains are going to be on Ferozpur road. Now you have seen a lot of gains but real solid long term gains and growth of your investments will start now. Bahria town and people in PMLN have bought 1000s of kanal land near Bahria Nasheman and under DHA Lahore phase 9 extension area in picture for huge future projects.
I will explain more details about those projects soon but keep in mind this one of the largest huge multi billion dollars Metro bus system project is one of the largest ever investment made in any project by Govt of Punjab. This investment will turn Ferozpur road into major commercial hub like current Gulberg main blvd in short time like in next 3 to 5 years time only. Ferozpur road will now see more and more high rise building on both side. Ferozpur road will now see lot more people than it was seeing before. It already has some good high rise building on it like IT tower. Also keep in mind Punjab Secretariat will shift here.
DHA Lahore phase 9 is one of the closest posh mostly still undeveloped area that could benefit more than any other area or housing scheme for fruits of this mega project. A very large media campaign by Punjab Govt and PMLN personal accounts is about to start this week and It will explain benefits of this huge Metro Bus system project. More people that will see and get more detailed information about Metro bus system more they will be looking in properties closer to this Metro bus route project and on Ferozpur road.
Just like Lahore New airport and Lahore Ring Road had were huge plus for Lahore properties closer to them this new Metro Bus project will be a trend setter when people become aware of huge scale/ investment/ benefit of this project.
BTW this Metro project will also be extended to Lahore canal 9Connecting Multan road and Lahore ring road via MBS buses + Lahore ring road ( From Thokar to DHA 5 via MBS buses) and Multan road 9 Thokar to
DHA Lahore phase 5 via MBS buses and inter link will form a ring type network of faster public transport system. All these areas will be connected and you will have a totally new public transport system.
I am not fan of PMLN as I am a PTI voter/supporter and think Rs 31 billions is too much money to spend Janglas on already built Ferozpur road. 1 billion for each bus stop is too much money and not making sense to me as Buses will still be rented from a Turkish firm. Still its a step in right direction by PMLN and I appreciate it.
