My name is Majid Khan Advocate and intends to know that I have a plot of 25x40 i.e. 404 in I-11/2, am I hold it or sell it right now please tell me future status of I-11/2. Is it worth to buy Plot in Block-S of Phase-8 at this time.No development work in S block.Only attraction is that,It has direct approach from Main Boulevard and opposite to LSE.I have plan to build home in next 2 to 3 years ( If Almighty wish).Thanks

It all depends what you need
If You need a house to live it is best time to buy.
If you need to make asset in form of real estate again it is good time to buy
If you want to diversify your asset in cash plus property then again you need to buy right now.

If you are looking for short term gain and you are are sure you will need all this money back in cash again after 2,3,5 years then I will not recommend, Your property may gain more than Currency value. But Most Properties at right or desired price cant be sold right away. CVT stamp duty No construction charges etc also tap your profit.Properties all over the world have cyclic trends and you are lucky if this cycles matches your needs. Mostly it does not.
My own experience is of last 5 years is my properties gained 60% to 70% in Pak Currency If I would have Kept in Dirham the gain would be 40% and If National saving the may be 80 to 90%, But It was a planned decision to convert a part of asset to Real estate

So think Yourself You Need to buy a Cup or you need spoon and do what you need

I wish to know that has DHA Valley issues like Dam, cancellation of some Sectors etc been resolved. If so, what is the latest as DHA continues to remain quite on this vital human right issue? What a beautiful area and plots and level of development. It only needs a bridge over soan river to link orchard area in phase 1 and it will be best location than islamabad. I strongly recommend brothers to visit and comment . Now a days the entire length of soan river is being levelled and green belt is being created. A few houses are also being constructed just on the bank of soan river.
