If you are giving this money to have fix profit, In my opinion that will be called Interest which bank can give you and security will be there.
In case it's profit & loss basis which is Halal way, then in case of lose, you should not be getting all money to clear the cheque.
I think you should buy property and put on rent to have secure income.

I have lost so many relations with this money! I'm working in Uk and every month getting calls from relatives and friends with some emotional stories, when I helped them then they never even think to return that money. they feels that they have right on my money and we are getting money from trees, i lost relations with 2/3 of very close friends on mine.

Bets thing would be if you know business then sit with him amd ten investing makes sense, Like he is a car dealer and you buy the car with his partnership then then you get benefit otherwise, I never sawa any of such venture becomes successful.

Regading Cheque Please Confirm it is his account or Company account. If it is LLC Company then you cant take action against this man, If it is personal account then if he takes your money the buy will have to run away. Otherwise he can be arrested.
He may close account Before that date and open another or report the theft of Checque book so Cheque alone does not cover the Risk.

you could have easily bought 1kanal within ur range ... now u will get a plot for 4-5million. I still believe it will boom more because of margalla avenue road

B-17 all the way , I am saying it even though I have home in Bahria (so I know how good Bahria Manitains there socities) , but you can NOT beat all what is going on for B-17
1- Margalla Avenue
2- GHQ moving near to B-17
3- New Islamabad Aiport (test flight already done)
4- Its a very nice society security, infrastructure etc(I have visited)

I understand they have renamed the Ex-commoners as DHA 2 and now constitute of J,K,L,M blocks.
And DHA extension is planned further east before DHA valley.

its coming up nice, proper DHAI-2 is better. Newer blocks J, l, L, M will take at least 10 yrs to get populated. You could get 10 marla in older/original blocks from 30-35 lacs. In newer block b/w 20-15 lacs, L block plots closer to main road are ready to roll.

You Should increase your Budget to get a plot in DHA Phase II .Minimum price starts at 70 Lacs for one kanal plot.
Phase II extension you can get the plot from 28 to 35 Lacs.If you want readily Built house go for DHA Homes 5 Marla single story 23-27 Lacs. 8 Marla 52-55 Lacs.( Depending on the location & view)

i think 70 is too high for DHAI-2, one should be able to get plot b/w 45-60 depending on location. DO NOT pay 70 lacs for DHAI. Buy in Bahria, much better living and you will get plot in same range.

I am contemplating if i should buy a plot in DHA 2 or Bahria Enclave.
Which one has a better future for living in 3 - 5 yrs considering the location, neighborhood, landscape, access to zone 1 and value for money.

Bahria enclave costs 6Mn now with no posesseion and completely isolated.
While in DHA 2 proper i can get a top plot with posession.

And after completion zone 5 will have much more population than any other zone.

Asad Sahib LDA authorities have not decided yet how settled down the litigation Issues. Cases are in the court. Few months back a news was there in news paper that LDA is launching a new phase LDA Ave2 near Valencia and they are planning to adjust Litigation plots in that Phase but they did not take any practical step regarding this. After that they decided that they will return money to those people whose plots are in litigation but still nothing has happened. Few days back LDA Has vacated 200 kanals from Occupiers in block D near a village nasir gunj. Let see what they do with this land

These blocks have less litigation problems as compared to A,B,K and L Blocks. 10 marla price are 14 lacs to 20 lacs depending upon the location. you can get an average plot above mentioned good blocks in around 16 lacs. However good location plots such as on big road, facing park. back of the main etc are cost high price. around 18 to 20 lacs
