There is so much supply and so many developed sectors, why there was so much fuss about it?

Is it better to try our luck with Z block file or pay higher price and purchase an existing plot in another sector of Phase 8?

Will the location of Phase 8 Z Block be worse than all the other Phase 8 Sectors?

Anyone know the time frame for the ballot?
