Dont misguide any body here.In phase 7, 2 kanal plots rates are from 95 to 115 lacs depending on location.No one trusts this kind of childish assessments.It looks like that you hold 2 kanal plot of F Block in Park View and want to sell @ unrealistic price. We also noticed that you gave unrealistic price in some other posts fo parkview as well.So be carefull next time otherwise you will have to face a permanent ban.

Condonation of Non Construction Charges
I understand that Govt of Punjab has condoned non construction charges levied on plots owned by retired govt employees in all of its schemes. It is suggested that Dha should also waive all such charges on original allottees of plots throughout Pakistan since it was purely welfare driven schemes.

Commercial plot CCA 2 Phase 8
Hi brothers,

I have delayed my second installment for my commercial plot in CCA phase 8. Last date was 15th April but I will deposit bank-draft tomorrow morning.
Can anybody please guide me what shall I do to avoid fine (20 % per anum for each day delayed). Actually, I was under wrong impression that last date was 31st April. Shall I write letter to DHA to waive off fine this time?

Dear Brother,
I also have a commercial in Phase 8. The delay surcharge for 4 marla per day is Rs.553 and for 8 Marla is Rs.1033. I hope you can now calculate the total surcharge by multiplying it with the number of days delayed.

Great News for Phase VIII Plot owners. Development will be going to start in few days as NLC engineers cabin have been placed in Phase VIII and machinery will be start working in a week. Although it is expected that official announcement will take place in few days.

Yes the cabins are there. Asked the NLC personal and they stated that they are here for Phase 8 development. Although the work on main blv patches are being done but a construction company don't move cabins just for road patches. Situation will be more clear when DHA office will open tomorrow.

I have went to the DHA office today and they informed that earth breaking ceremony will take place within 7 days. I have also mentioned in my discussion that one should go and see himself the cabins and ask from the NLC personal at the site to confirm the news. I went myself to the site and then shared the news at this site. So better to go for visit, if you don't believe my comments.

We have a plot in DHA-8 # T-1252.
This plot is a corner and one of tree in this row which is 180 feet width. This shows each plot will be 60 feet wide. Now if it is 60 feet wide what will be depth of this plot ?

Will it be 60 x 75 = 4500 or 500 yards OR
It will be 60 x 90 = 5400 0R 600 yards

Kindly answer what does your experience says or how DHA had dealt with plot of similar locations

Only God can force them to start development work,because they dont make money alone ,they share with all in the chain,But the more worrisome issue is?Even if they make up their mind today,how can they develop 1K for 6 lacs and 10 M for 3 Lacs.
No body in NFC is that sensible that they might have invested our money od development charges in some good scheme of return.
The best thing the admn there can do it,start the work,issue a deadline to all that if u dont pay ur dev charges by this date,start penalties like DHA does at the rate of 20% etc.Only then people will deposit dev charges.As of now people are not depositing bcause they see nothing on ground.So why through ur money in the well?? mind set.
