The file price of DHA Phase 7 is 29 lacs, how is it possible that plot price shall be less than that.

The newly balloted 1K PV plot prices shall start from 35 lacs, or the other possibility is that DHA 7 file price shall decrease.

You are right, however, people will take sometime to realize this. PV balloted plots prices will be based on existing prices of their respective blocks + location + keeping in view that development is yet to start.

Phase-6 & phase-7 allocation files are not a good buy as their are hardly any good locations left that DHA may acquire or offer !!

With a fresh supply of almost 3000 new plots what should be the logical impact on prices. That much should be obvious. However, the plots which were borderline previously, their 'location factor' has materially changed. These are no more borderline, hence their price should rise but the prices of other plots?? Will they rise? I don't think so. Will they drop? That's what the law of supply and demand says!!!

I think price may go up a little because before phase 7 was considered at the end and near to border. Atleast, now X/Y block can no longer b considered the End of Lahore or DHA. We have great number of PV plots now existing down the lane. I know its sound a little wiered but its all pyscological. Its just like phase 7 and phase 6 were 2 km aparts but phase 7 was never investors choice because of its being at the end

Flexible PPRC pipes are far better than GI pipes as they are not prone to corrosion, bear more stresses, thermally sound and better performance. I have changed all old GI pipes in my home with new PPRC pipes.

PPRC pipes are way better than GI if water is saline but i think in pindi region there is no issue of salinity.
Even then PPRC pipes are economical,life is more,no corrosion.

I am visiting Pakistan next month hopefully to buy a land for contracting House in another maximum 1 to 2 years of time. I am having total Budget of 13 Lakh, I required a Land of 5 Marla possession Land & should be 100% ready for construction. Can someone please guide me which Societies Should I add into my Listing before I come, I want to Plan before my arrival as per the suggestion I will received.
Also I have kept BT Sector D in mind but thinking if they delay the possession and change my Plot of some far locations? Is BT trustable?

What other Societies in Lahore I should prefer where 5 Marla Land could be in 13 Lakh & Fully Possession plot?

No need to buy in sector D.In my opinion it is expensive.In sector -B Usman block /ali block,u can get 5 marla plot ranging 10-14 lakh very easily and u can start home right now.Go and see yourself.
Sector-D Price is too high.My sister made home in usman block corner 5marla corner facing park,bought plot in 13.5 lakh 1year before.otherwise with little low quality in jubille town

Go for a 5 marla residential plot in any one of Ali, Usman & Umer blocks of BT Lahore. They are very well located within BT Lahore & well populated.
