4: Any other suitable alternate in same price

Dear, I think they are offering 10 Marla house for 11 Million, First time they advertised this project 1.5 months ago, now they advertised
it again, does it mean they didnt get good response???? I guess for 11 to 13 Million you can have 10 Marla house in DHA. It would have been great if they had provided location coordinates so that we can check its location on google earth.

They are offering 5 marla, double story, 4 bed house for 55 lakh. One may find 5 marla, double story, 3 bed house in Johar Town for 45 lakh

These Interchanges should be in the name og our great Quaid e Azam, Allama Iqbal, Liaqat Ali Khan, Fatima Jinnah.............. Instead of Nawaz Sharif interchange, Benazir air port..............
Being a Pakistani I protest against this. This is not the right of these stupid politicians. who have never ever done a single good thing for our Pakistan. Even they ever time tried to destroy our Pakistan.

Everyone has right to give their views but the fact is that we cannot compare any current political leader with Mr. Nawaz Shareef, he is sincere, honest and wants always to do better and better for Pakistan, he has done lot of development in Pakistan, for example Motorway, green channels in the Airports, he has changed the Map of Lahore in terms of road construction/underpasses etc, this is the reason people of Lahore are love with him and no one can win a single seat in Lahore. 1- Did Nawaz Sharif has taken any his own intitiative in Pakistan during his Government? Except Yellow CAB scheme with no controls and put Banks into huge debts???? Please be reminded that Motor Way, Atomoic energy.... are not his govt inititiatives and this knows all Pakistanis.

2- What he has done to increase Pakistan Rupee Value?? I remember during his govt Dollar was majorly hiked and Paksitan Ruppee devalued which effected out balance of Payments and ultimately Pakistan Balance Sheet?????

3- What he did for the poor people to reduce the inflation???? Nothing

4- What he did to imporve the quality of poor people life???

5- Whats he did for Law enforcement during his Govt...?? Nothing...

6- What he did in building good relations with other countries and recognizing Pakistan?? Nothing

7- what he did to porvide good hospital infrastrutre for the people??? Nothing

8- what policies he drafted to boost our Textile and Sugar Industry which is back bone of our country from farming till cloth??? Nothing.....

9- what is the GDP rate during his Govt...?

These are really very basic questions and People of Pakistan should knows about these facts........... I also have same grounds for other Stupid Politicians as well.

AOA,On your and this forams reccomendatios and after visiting lot of H.socities in Lahore i have purchased a 10 marla plot in BT sector C, many thanks to Mr. Adil Saeed for his help, time and guaidence. i want to start construction of house immidiately. Since i am working in KSA and have no one in Lahore to take care of such things therefore i will have to totally rely on the contractor and architect.
I will appreciate if you could share your experience/advices on my e-mail '. Kindly also let me know the name and contact number of architact who designed your house. I understood that architacts usually do not pay more attention and hardly visit the site once in a week,is it true, if so what is the solution?

First of all I apologize 4 the delayed reply, actually i replied at 3 pm pst but due to net problem it was not posted/updated here, later on I got busy and was not at home.

@AG, yes, I have received all ur e-mails and have replied hope by now you would have received it. thanks a lot 4 ur detailed e-mails, pics and prayers.

@Khanzada, in my opinion almost all BT sectors are equally good and beautiful except for the plot locations i.e. it should not be near graveyard or village. Price of 10 marla plot in sector C is between 21 to 30 lacks depending on the location. I was not interested in corner, facing park or main road plots therefore have purchased plot in a back street of Gulbhar block of sector C in 22 Lacks including transfer fee, stamp duty and agents commission etc. if you are in Lahore I suggest better to visit BT yourself n then decide. CC block of sector D location wise is also very good, 10 marla plots there are in the range of 24 to 28 lacks. Please also contact Mr. Adil Saeed of LRE who was a great help to me to buy plot.

There in Rana town you don't need any registory, you just need QABZA arownd that area........Qabza group are so power full in that area even you can buy and sell land to Qabza groups they 'll protect you coz it's about 20 to 25 km from Lahore.I hope you ppl understand.

D ..Having defence club and main commercial market
E.. having biggest park and masjid of EME
F...main hospital in F block

EME society is best seciety for calmness and peaceful..But obvoiuosly quality never cheap so expensive living for layman!!filtered water and security is something exceptional features..If you have enough monety and every body in your home have individual cars then no problem otherwise no transportaion inside society to move..
