I intend to rent out my brand new very decently built and ideally located independent unit from 12th Sept'2011.It has got two beds with attached baths,spacious TV lounge and Drawing Dining and kitchen. Got a beautiful terrace and wide car porch.Its a corner unit and facing a very big garden.It is semi furnished with two brand new split a/c's,4 burner oven,refrigerator, water dispenser,one double bed and one single bed with couple of chairs.Small educated families would be preferred.

I have 2 M sector shop plot in V block Phase 8. Plot number is 16. Could you please check if it is a good location and what shall be the worth after 5 years. Also please let me know exact location of plot. Map on DHA site is not clear (because of low resolution). Is this plot near 19.5K park on RESERVED AREA side? or near 49.5K Park.
Further, what is maximum construction hight for sector shop in phase Viii and is basement allowed?

Dear colleagues , i have a 25 marla plot in gujranwala on the road, however these are the concerns.
The plot is 16 feet lower then road so shd i consider making it a complete basement of shd i fill some land and make some part of it basement as people are not generally convinced with basement idea. will it be same price to fill with land as walls any way i have to make for filling plot to a6 ft high .pls advise
i am also looking for good architect as this project is multi utility for charity puprose.
all the income generated shd contribute towards operational cost.

Areas for day patient clinic + 1 room for visiting doctor + basic lab + store room + treat ment room + retiring room for doctor+waiting room
B class marriage halls to make money for unit
flat for rental income to feed operation cost.

I am bit confuse and i want an opinion regarding following three options to decide the purchase of a plot.

These are three options all are in Ali Park Badian Road Lahore.

1 - 4.25 Marla plot, 20 feet front .. 15 feet street @2.35 lac per marla (street has no sewerageyet). Street not build.

2 - 5 Marla plot, 26 feet front, 25 feet street @2.75 lac per marla (street with sewerage). Street not build

3- 5 marla plot cornor plot with 23 feet front, 25 feet street and 10 feet street with sewerage. @ 2.85lac per marla. Street not build

I have to decide on of these three. Which one is better i need a sincere opinion.

Dear CMY sb, what is the current value of Phase 7 T675. Also, are there any plans for the University in Phase7 or will this land be converted to plots due to the V block village dispute? Will the price be positively affected by having a university at that location or plots?

A few days ago I posted my concerns on this website about the construction activity of LRR NL from DHA 8 to Phase 6 interchange, it is quite right that the pictures of Google earth are very old. Today I my self personally traveled from Askari 10 Interchange (Abdullah gul interchange) to the end of the Northern loop. They are fully completed package 11 and the photos of Shabaz and Nawaz were on there because it is about to be inaugurated. So Sorry for not giving pictures, I did take my camra but to my surprise my Brother had used up all the battary timing . But to my surprise there was a huge presence of workers and machinery after Package 11 the section between Package 11 and DHA 5/6 is 80% complete, I did travel on it all the way to DHA 6 all that is left the carpeting of the roads and it was amazing to see the on going work in such heavy rain. I think It will take a max of 3 months to completely finish the North loop and the DHA 6 interchange as well.

Can someone please tell me how old the pics of Google earth usually are. Thank you.

Today I have got a confirmation letter from Bahria Town for a 10 Marla confirm plot in Bahria Enclave Islamabad Project.

It looks as if the things are going in the right direction as promised by the Bahria Town Management.

Hi Sir, I took plot 3 years back in Phase 8 park view in Block A376. But i didn't get the possesion and don't know if i will get it because as per DHA there is still problem going on with villagers for possesion right. Please suggest shall i get rid of this plot and buy new one with possesion (and how much i can sell it) or wait until how long??

Just now i have seen news that Cm Punjab have inaugurated (opened) the Lahore Ring road package 11.

Any one can tell is it from Dha Phase 8 to phase 6.

Is phase 5 and phase 6 interchange or bridge opened or not.

DHA Valley Status

I am out of country for quite some time, I would request Mr.Abdul Salam to give some insight about the current status of DHA Valley. Is it true that the DHA valley has now conflict with the proposed DAM project and that the SC court has issued stay order for further development.
