I need your expert opinion whether to keep 8 M commercial plot in CCA2 or sell it immediately. I have money to pay all the installments and keep it for 5-7 years. Its not main road plot. Please advise.

DHA 9 area Topograghy

DHA 9 area Topography, Can someone shed light on DHA9 and 5ext areas topography? I am frightening by the CMY Comment that state Life 2 have upto 60 feet deep pits, If that is the case DHA phase 9 is not very distant from that.
In case of DHA 8 it is very easy to see the topography as Broadway was already laid, But in case of phase 9 it might be difficult. I am thankful to CMY for posting map of state life 2 mentioning deep pits, I would request him to release similar map for phase 8 and if possible phase 9 area.
I take the pride that I first time initiated the discussion about DHA 8 Pits less than a year ago, and I was surprised that no one Commented about it before, in spite DHA 8 had been a topic of hot discussion for years.
One way of Looking at pits is to see Google earth old imagery the areas showing rectangular green patches ie farms cant be deep pits, This is very much appreciated if you see old imagery of DHA 6,7 But of course this is not an accurate method.

what about pahse 9 5 Merla Files

what about phase 9, 5 Merla files, have all these files been allotted plots in Current Ballot??
If that is so that can be one reason why many people could not get plots

Salam
Residents of RWP/ISB who might have missed DHA-Lahore commercials can consider investing in newly launched commercial plots in DHAI Phase 2 Gate 3 on main GT Road. I have visited the area; its level is higher than GT Road. Plots are already demarcated and in my opinion will be ready for plaza construction within 2 months or so. It has direct access from GT Road. It price is as follows:
4 marla: 1 crore
5.33 marla: 1.15 crore
6 marla: 1.35 crore
8 marla: 1.8 or 1.9 crore (not sure)

Only 8 marla plots face GT road. Unfortunately, there is no installment plan. After booking at 10%, cash has be to arranged within 2 or so months.

I am not an agent. Check for agents who are advertising/selling in behalf of DHA Alghurair Giga in daily newspapers like Jang (RWP) etc.

i would like to ask anyone knows how much will be the development charges for PH9 5M plots and when it will be suppose to due. secondly any latest loc map for DHA Town?

OGDCL housing society blacklists journalist for blackmail

ISLAMABAD: The drop scene of irregular allotment of plots in Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) housing society occurred on Wednesday, when management of the housing society decided to impose a lifetime ban on allotment of plots to Khushnood Ali Khan, Chief Editor Urdu daily Jinnah.

According to sources, Khan was allotted three plots measuring 50×90 feet in 2004. Plot No 1612-A and 1614-A were allotted in Khan’s name and plot No 1615-A in name of his wife. They said plots were allotted to Khan but he did not pay any amount to the society. They said in accordance with the society rules and regulation various demand notices were served upon Khan to pay his complete outstanding liabilities toward the society, but he started a media campaign against OGDCL housing society.

The sources said on this OGDCL housing society, which is registered with the registrar of co-operative societies having a corporate status, sued Khan. The suit stated that the plaintiff society was formed to provide roof and shelter to its members against the payment of installments towards the cost of land and the development work. The plaintiff society is located near Chattar Islamabad. It has 2,418 members and possesses 1600 kanals of land having plots of three different sizes to meet the requirement of its members.

An official said Khan also took plots in the name of his relatives and sold these on down payment of Rs 300,000 each. He said before launching a media campaign Khan came to office of OGDCL housing society located in Blue Area and stated that he had many plots in different societies in Islamabad and no housing society owner demanded a single penny regarding the plots from him. “Khan threatened that if the society demanded any payment from him he would start a media campaign against the society,” the official claimed.

Later, the OGDCL employee co-operative housing society filed a suit in the court of civil judge for grant of decree of permanent injunction against Khan (Defendant) retraining/desisting him not to publish advertisement or any other defamatory material in his Urdu publications “Jinnah” and “Dophir”. On July 14, 2011 the concerned court issued stay order over the media campaign against OGDCL housing society in Daily Jinnah and summoned its Chief Editor Khushnood Ali Khan on July 27.

On July 19 OGDCL Housing Society President Irfan Babar (Petitioner) filed an application under section 39 rules 2 and 3 of CrPC for initiation of contempt proceedings against Khan, as he had not stopped his media campaign against the OGDCL society. The court issued contempt of court notice to Khan. Khan has not stopped his media campaign despite the order of court.

Just wanted to know that, Is there anyone in the recent DHA ballot who has applied for multiple plots by the same name (either in the same category or different) and has got the plots.
For example someone has applied for five plots in Phase-9, 5 Marla and one or two plots in some other category with the SAME NAME (means one applicant only) and has won 2 or 3 plots etc.

I applied only for 2 Phase 9 Five Marla and got both (By the grace of Allah SWT).

I applied only based on the information from this website otherwise missed the DHA Ad in Newspapers. So my hats off to CMY sahib and his team.

Dear CMY Sahib,

I was looking at map and it seems like phase 8 MB plots are very near to Grid station of 25Kanal and as you mentioned in your earlier posts it is very likely that prices would be effected due to these Heavy wires and poles going out from Grid station. CMY sahib by counting the manual plot numbers it seems like there are almost 75 plots at MB and almost 70 Facing residential ...Has some 8 marla plots has been allotted already or DHA just balloted few now and had saved some for future? DHA PAHSE 8 CCA1 AND CCA2 have much better location....though it would be more clear after the development.... Please comment

DHA Lahore Ballot Result and What's Next

I got one plot in Ballot... I am an overseas Pakistani working in UAE. Currently I am on vacation out of UAE and also not in Pakistan. I shall return after EID...

What will be next steps from DHA required to complete after Ballot?

If they send any letter to my preset address, I can only get it after EID. What shall I do in this regard?

When will be 1st Installment due and other charges to be paid to DHA?

It is strongly recommended that you gets funds ready for DHA Lahore phase 9 one kanal files.

All 5 marla on installments will sell on very good profit. So far we have buyers at 1.5 lacs profit on 1.5 lacs down payment and it will increase a lot in next few days.
