In the washroom if the sink, Muslim shower or flush are placed to the wall which is 4.5 inch THICK is that OK.

As this is a WET UTILITY AREA? Will that cause any leakage due to the thickness of the wall?

After lot of research I reach to the point that DHA Town phase 9 is not fesible investment as 5 Marla plot after NOC from GHQ and all transfer fees and and headche wasting time waiting for NOC from GHQ it will cost you more than 11 Lacs and it is too far and pocession will be in the society will take time to develope / construction, I dont think it is good for investment or building house there.

Though this site is marvlous in information and thousands of valuaable members daily visit it. But sledom anyone shares the the exact price at which they bought or sold some property. They keep it "secret" like dealers Though it is not mandatory that one should mention exact location and correct buyer and seller's name.
CMY rates are much more accurate than other delaers but still most are demand prices and we dont know where exact transections are taking place.
