House Renovation

I am residing outside the country, have a house in DHA which was previously rented and the tenants have vacated it. It needs renovation. Could any one tell me the approximate charges for 1) Paint and 2)marble flooring 3) wood flooring? Is there a relaible company/group/person who could inspect the house, make an approximate list of things to be done and do renovation with reasonable charges. Thanks

I wanted you to comment of Sector E-12 Islamabad and advise accordingly

I purchased a plot in sector E-12 in 1996. It is more then double in price now even if I sale it in USD but my intention is to construct a house but unfortunatly there is hardly any movement or progress in developing of this sector.

What is the true story will this sector ever get developed or remain as it is for many more years to come. Is it advisable to sale it and can I buy same size of plot in G-14. What do you think standard wise where does this sector will stand I mean will this be better then G-13 or G-14 .
I know the situation is not good but do not exaggerate the situation in commenting negative and write the inside side story if you know any.
This will be a great help for me to decide.

Please also write how much of land CDA has acquire and which portion or sub sector of E-12 is greatly under legislation and which area is free to start development if any and when ?

its the best time to increase the rates of the property as the new govt. is doing great, there is no political instability, army is not fighting against terrorists in pakistan, no bomb blasts are going on ...so sellers increase the price ... as ur property is more expensive than you think ...
lol ...
I still remember last year when this govt. was formed and these satta seller increased the prices of the plots/houses by 10 lacs... i was laughing at that point when people did this ...

**so sellers, keep holding ur property for next 5 years and u will be getting the same price as u r getting now or mite be low..HAHA
