Pakistan army is the strongest political party of this country. Is it good or bad? that is a different debate but no political government can survive for a long time without its support whenever the army itself is not in the office.

PPP government was brought in to carryout a heavy-handed military action in FATA and northern areas and no one could have supported it more than Mr. Zardari. Due to own economic constraints the Obama administration has now realized that it is not possible to contain Talibans thru force and hinted a negotiated settlement. PPP government was a tripartite arrangement of PPP, Pak army and the U.S.A. In the new game plan the latter two will need new faces who would defuse the situation and hold negotiations with Talibans and vice versa. As the current political situation worsens, Pak army will install a new caretaker government, which will hold midterm election. A new coalition of government will be sworn in.

Pak army:.., An army, which is in a perpetual state of conflict against external and internal enemies since its inception. U.S.A. exploited this situation more than any other did. I was reading on the dha website (www.dhalahore.org) that some new blocks in DHA 6 have been released for construction, (i think it was block G and K, not 100% sure) anyway, it said that the owners of the plots are REQUIRED to build a house in 3 years?? I have never heard that before!

Is it the same case for DHA 6 B? I own a plot there and do not plan on building a house for atleast 3-4 years...

It also mentioned there will be a fine for not adhering to this... how much is the fine?

Keep in mind ,In the start of any business , first 6 months of loss, next 6 months of equality and then profit. But today when I am writing about Stock Exchange Market then it seems wrong in this business because a person coming out with tears not only in days but also in hours and minutes. Because there is only one rule for a person in this business that is , he can enter in by filling pockets with money but there is no way to come out with empty pockets. I want to write some points regarding Stock Exchange before its detail:
Our Stock Exchange was on 1400 points in Dec 1999 while its came on 1273 in Dec 2001.Our stock Exchange crossed 5000 points in 2003 & 2004 and it crossed 10,000 points in April and May 2005 while its crossed 15,000 in April 2008 which was the peak level of our Stock Exchange .Stock Exchange bore 4 big attacks of up and down in Market in these 10 years. Upon that the Governments of that time made some Investigation committees to remove the pressure of Public on national and international level but it got the result same as the beginning of Pakistan till yet. No investigation report of any incident came out and now in the time of 3 to 4 months our Stock Exchange came again at the lowest level of under5,000 from 15,000 points.Means 4,800 which is almost near to 6,000 .The purpose to explain is this that often it is considered that the Stock Exchange of a country goes up according to the economy of the country and Stock Exchange of country is considered a burro meter of country’s Economy . But the experiment of these passed 10 years is opposite to it .If we examine these 10 years then we will see that There is the character of Banks , oil companies and some Government organizations to increase stock Exchange which were under controlled of Government and because these passed 10 years one Banker became prime minister and those who use to sale and purchase the share of Stock exchange were with him under pressure of Government .Some groups who are considered the pillar of this market ,by their unreliable news ,a common man coming out with tears and with empty pocket . Because if it is the burro meter of country in Real then is passed 10 years, we saw a common man on a standard life level as we saw Stock exchange increased till 15,000 points from 275 points. We saw many companies and progressive plans before our sights, we saw many opportunities of jobs .
So its my faithful advice to Government to make it possible to show the investigation committees of passed 10 years and if it is not possible then make new investigation committee which can invest these passed 10 years So that It could be shown the person by whom not only thousand but 100 of thousand people lost their saved money and such type of steps should be carried So that such type of Group not be benefited .We should also make such steps in our economy that a common man don’t waste his saved money in temporary papers .For this we have to focus at the small and middle level then middle and bigger level factories of Japan and Malaysia .We also have to take steps to increase our productive departments .
On the contrary If we saw at Property business than Stock Exchange, then we will see that there is not such type of dangers like Stock Exchange. It was never seen to be abolished in this market Even international activities did not create an important effect. The experts of business said only this that after every 6 or 7 years there become a cycle. Means some times up and some time down and after that circumstances come again on its level. So if the business men want to save their selves from abolishing then they should invest in Productive field or in Property Business which is much better than Stock Exchange.
Experts are again looking the drama of Stock Exchange which has been revised in passed 3 or 4 years . Our country should take such steps in Stock Exchange that common man don’t be effected because the ups and downs of stock exchange of these days giving the news of storm .

Nawaz Sharif hails from a family that traces its roots to Shopian in the Kashmir valley. His father, Muhammad Sharif, migrated in 1947 (during the troubled Partition) to Pakistan from Amritsar, India. After independence Muhammad Sharif established a small tin shop on a bicycle which gradually turned into what was later known as Ittefaq Group. Nawaz was a part time cricketer during his early life, and played a first class game in the 1973-74 season representing Pakistan Railways.

He married Kulsoom Nawaz, who is the grandniece of the famous Kashmiri wrestler - The Great Gama.

Nawaz Sharif was educated at Saint Anthony’s High School and Government College (Lahore), and received a law degree from Punjab University. Following his education, he entered Punjab provincial politics, joining the Punjab advisory district council.

He initially joined politics in the late 1970s when he became a member of Asghar Khan's tehrik-e-istiqlal. He was then chosen by General Zia ul Haq, one of his admirers, as a finance Minister.[5]

He became finance minister of Punjab in 1981 and also served as minister of sports. He was credited with increasing funding for sports activities and rural projects.

The Ittefaq Group saw its unprecedented rise during the time of Gen. Zia ul Haq, who promoted Nawaz Sharif to enter politics and be his right hand man in the important province of Punjab. This not only created a name for Sharif, but he was successful in etablishing the Ittefaq Group at the EXPENSE OF THE GOVT OF PAKISTAN.

Chief Minister of Punjab
Nawaz Sharif began his first term as Chief Minister of Punjab province on April 9, 1985 under the Martial Law Regime of General Zia-ul-Haq, who was his political mentor. On May 31, 1988 he was appointed caretaker Chief Minister after the dismissal of assemblies by Zia.

After 1988 I hope everybody knows well enough about his role played as it is not so old.
