For investment purposes, how does one ascertain when is the best time to sell a plot or property? In other words, to rotate the investments around some suggest that you should keep selling and buying on a regular basis. However, how can one know what is the best time to sell? Should that depend on when you have targeted your next purchase or should it be a factor of when a plot has reached its maximum value?

Can one ever know if their property has reached its maximum value and should be sold off to purchase under prices plots elsewhere?
