The main road is progressing well, I think it will take 2 months but it will look beautiful once ready. There are 4 houses underconstruction, 2 of the houses are almost at finishing stages. You can see from distance one of the houses in finishing stages.

AOA All group members,

Yesterday i visited Formanites society. It looks good. As there is possession available in most of the blocks. many houses are constructed. But one dealer told me that there are some plots which are LDA approved and some on which there is some litigation.

Could any one tell me how to know that which plot is LDA approved and which is not? Any specific document from which i can get any prove regarding that?

And also give your opinion about that society for short term investment purposes.

I am amazed at the short-signtedness of the common investors. They dont look beyond DHA. The fact of the matter is that land elsewhere starts at much lower price and ends up at the same price as DHA. For example, look at the prices of DHA and non DHA land in developing societies. It is almost half of DHA if you compare prices between the areas where state of development is the same. Then compare the prices of fully developed areas. The prices are almost the same. So if in DHA you make 200% profit, then in other areas you make 400% profit in the same time. For example the rate in wapda town is 2.0 to 2.2 crore at this time which is the same as in DHA phase 1 and 2. It was much lower than DHA in the past. There is no problem of fraud in good societies. So this argument does not hold any weight.

Why are people suprised that 5 marla in dha town isnt going up? Kaafi mehnga nahin ho gaya its not going to be as expensive as upper class areas like phase 3 and phase 5
