Dear LRE
I heard if ground breaking of Phase-9 done on 8th Feb then every buyer should have to pay all development charges (19-Lacs for one Kanal) at the time of transfer even if only one installment is due. I mean the buyer should have to pay 99-Lacs for a plot which 80-Lacs worth now. Is that true?

i have been observing that if someone prefers/prioritize phase 9 over phase 7 some people immediately come to thrash him. both phases are good the only difference is that prism is best for investment right now and if someone wants to make house in 3-4 years. but phase 7 is only good for mediate house construction not recommended for investment. :flg

Hi everyone. We own a 4 Marla commercial plaza in y block phase 3 (not a very prime location). It is worth about 625 lacs currently and gives a rent of 250k per month. Some people have suggested that value appreciation in phase 3 has stagnated so we should sell it and buy commercial plots in phase 8 or 9 with a chance of doubling it in 3 years. I would like peoples opinion on whether it would be a smart move or not.

Today shad bhag SHO is killed in DHA. how can we say that DHA is safe for living. DHA is a big society and it is open from all sides. You will see security laps in phase 9 too. :pkf
