We have recently completed grey structure of our 10 Marla Double Story house in Bahria Town Lahore. It cost us around 40 Lakh including the Mumty, Main Gate. Window Grills, Boundary Wall, Septic Tank. Total Cover area 3160 sq ft.

Since we are short of budget, We have planned to leave the grey structure for at least 2 months to let it dry and in the mean time we will arrange & save funds for finishing work. Since we are oversea and plan to only Rent one portion of the house in near future and use one portion only when we visit Pakistan on Holidays. We are considering for normal finishing work only. Can someone expert give me idea of approx cost of finishing work for 10 Marla double story house. How much approx money we should have in hand to start finishing. How we can save at maximum. Kindly expert support and guidance required.

Greetings LRE Team - I like to sell my plot in Prism Q block last row plot number 58x and buy a kanal plot in better location in (P, Q, A, B block)

I have BTK oversea's block plot that i am thinking to sell and use that funds to buy better location plot in DHA Lahore Prism so I will have about 25 lac in hand to play with.

Assalamoalikum. Its a non property related question though quite vital in deciding to whether to have some realestate investment / own house in that area. My kids are in grade 10, 7 and 5 studying in Canada. Due to personal reasons i want to move to Pakistan and settle in Bahria Lahore. Can someone speak of his experience about the standard of education in Bahria school. Secondly, would it be easy for all my three sons to get admission there.
