I personally visited Y block of phase 7, about 3 days before. It is not at all livable. There are lot of cows roaming about on the roads with cow dung all over.There is no marking of phase or plot numbers. How DHA is giving possession of this sector.

At the time of possession all blocks looks like the same including Phase-5, 6 etc
DHA dont mark plot numbers in any Phase & block. R, S, U, W, P blocks possession was given last year, have u seen any marking there? Possession & livable are two different things. If possession is not given, nobody dare to make home there, no activity there, no people movement, how can u make that place livable?

Wish is good anyway. Possession is always the last stage. It will take its own required time frame to turn into phase 5 or 6. So the last part just begun. Investor will will get gain anyway

Paid in full no benefit and if not paid you have to pay heavy penelties like banks credit cards.its better to buy a development paid plot like 9 town.

if you don't pay Dev.Charges there is daily penalties PKR.80/ per rata basis.
