Land Suggestion that are In parts

I need suggestion from experts for my personal issue. We have Barani land gift from forefathers (after there death) in Jhelum area. That are small parts of lands and in difference 30 to 40 places as total 500 Kanals. We are four family who have rights to share this land. Other two members are not willing to divided it in big parts and wish to four parts of each land peaces even its small parts of one kanal. They are living there and enjoyed its income. But we wish to big parts even from bad side of land so control it batter. In the other hand we are not wiling to kot Khari chaker also for this land. Is there are any suggestion that we apart land from others in easy way and own control? so next we can handle it easily by our self? What are process to divided it in regal way? so next will not interfere in our part of land.

Agricultural Land Business

This is best way to exchange experience each other. Today i put a massage for all agricultural related businessmen.
I have beautiful one peaces Nahri land 25 acre in Malakwal Distt M B Din. It has beautiful one peaces with Road, Nahri & Tube-well Pani.
Now we grow Rice, wheat & Sugarcane. But total income are not more than ten lac per year that are equal to its theka (40 K per Acre yearly).
I am living in Lahore due to children education. Total distance from lahore to land are near 200 Km.
Land Expenditure increase day by day and its reduce profit margin ratio.
My question how to use it in batter way, or how can we utilized this land in best return. so helpful for others like me to enhance agricultural land income.

Go for Dairy farming and goat farming. But you have to be there most of the time to be successful. 10 Lakhs out of one muraba is nothing.

DHA Multan- Pros and Cons- Comments Invited

Pros
1-kanal DHA file within 30 lacs
No known land litigation issues
Small number of pockets easy to clear
Good, active and dedicated team with serving Brig.
Easy to develop land
Close-by competitor is Wapda town whose 1-kanal rate is 1-1.5 crore (?)

Cons
Its Multan, not Lahore- market is not as fast.
Need to travel to Multan to undertake sale/purchase
In other multan developed societies, 1-kanal is 30 lacs only.

Please comment and provide alternative investment options within 30 lacs.

DHA Multan is a great investment for those who know when is the best time to pull out. This will definitely give a good return for a short time but is likely to bounce back because many investors are non-Multan residents and will get their return fairly and quickly.

Pros
1 - DHA name and brand so money is safe
2 - Competitors have very low standard as comparison to DHA
3 - Less litigation in comparison to Lahore for land clearance and acquisition
4 - land in the area is dirt cheap like 15 lac per acre: easy land acquisition.

Cons
1 - Multan market is not developed yet no big investment buying selling: money can stuck for while
2 -
Team and market has no experience of such project delivery.
3 - Location too far from major urban amenities
4 - Already on the course of slippage as balloting supposed to be in first half of 15. In case of one or two year delay will lead to major loss of money. In panic investor will pull out in desperation.
Alternatives are many as DHA phase 7, 8, 9 smaller plot can give you same return with peace of mind.
