Dear Readers If any body have Johar Town Lahore area experience can share and suggest as I have 3.80 marla corner commercial plot in J2 block of Johar Town 2 Lahore. I m thinking to build two shops at ground floor, one reception room and then three furnished rooms on each floor at upper 3 floors so total will be 9 rooms with attach bath. My question is, Is there demand for furnished rooms on daily/weekly or monthly rent basis or I should simply make 3 flats have 2 bed rooms on each floor for rent. Please guide in this regard as I don't have any idea and I m in Dubai.

To someone who have a heart to help muslim brother. I suffer from Eczema badly and all those years have tried many remedies but all in vain. However my recent visit to Saudi for Umrah I came across an Oil called Baiilasan Anointment Oil (Mixed with Grass) this has helped me a lot with my eczema. If you look at google maps, between inmol society and givernment transport society there is firhaj footwear factory. Will border of dha 9 in m block touch the footwear factory??

looking at current price of DHA 9 commercial not gaining much after balloting Is it worth to sell this now before ballot and buy a bargain after balloting ?
