Location wise Block-D is good. What about those plots which are attached to the village (Dev Kalan), will the price be affected?

In my view The people who got plots in DHA Phase 9 Prism are very lucky. DHA Ph 9 will compete DHA EME ph 1 in future. Insha Allah. Mark my words. Don't sell yours plots in panic (unless u need money). Stay firmed and believe in Allah.

Pls dont spread false rumors. Villages in other DHA phases are also land locked but none of them moved from there. Legally, u cant stop them from moving in & out. Come on yar

aslam brother please name any village in dha which is land locked and has passage from DHA , DHA built a wall on the boundaries to separate its boundaries. buller and dev kan are totally land locked with no entrance and no sewerage, pl wait and see .

Punjab society has its own excess on ghazi road if Punjab society hadn't any any excess except DHA then DHA couldn't stop their path.

in 1988 Dha stopped the excess Punjab society has to wait for years to get excess from ghazi road , this is why this society development was late .

Jjj , the entrance which you mentioned is from ghazi road which is not dha and was their before dha was developed . this road belongs to cantt board and is a commercial road, villages roads are not commercial ,they don't have any road they owned . this is why I said idiots are always their around us.

It never happened in Last 10 years, in 2006 DHA 7 map showed plots on almost All small villages and Graveyards in their initial Plan, But each and every village even Cluster of 7,8 Houses Stayed.
Next year 2007 it was "Rumorized" by many dealers that DHA 8 park view villages we be relocated and people continued doing sale and purchase of
Files based on this information, But all villages stayed back. People had no information next 5 years. Thankfully after 5 years file holders were relocated in Cutting very close to BRB.
The Fact is all villages you see in Google will stay and some patches of Land Close to these villages will also be unoccupied based on DHA 7 example.
The reason why Yohanabad is so big on DHA map than actually showing on Google is that some Land arround Yohanabd is also not given to DHA, the deal looks Clear and DHA is Making a Church near Yohanabad.

Gobin Pura, Sangat pura and Dhira are Land Locked by DHA in phase 7, similarly 2 small villages are land locked in DHA 8 proper and not taken over,
As per Supreme Court ruling DHA or any other society cannot Block the passage of even one house, your assumption is wrong. DHA Blocked Punjab Society as they had alternate route open,
Before 2003 there were some relocations at 3 Lac per Merla, decided by Court. As villages have small houses like 2, 1.5 Merla some were not ready to surrender even at that price. Later rate was revised to 7 Lac per Merla by court, At that point 2006 Onwards DHA stooped clearing encroachments by paying cash and surrounded them by boundary giving one or 2 passages.

Then block h will be the biggest loser...All the plots in my opinion will trade much lower than the other blocks as passage for Youhanbad has to be through block h.....

i AM 100 % sURE DHA cant clear these villages, DHA cleared only one village in phase 6 near Golf course, Golf course construction was stopped by villagers and they dont allow clear the Graveyard, DHA give one million per Marla to all Villagers to clear the land, because it was so important to clear the space, Now DHA it not in interest to clear the land, So why they will spend money for people
