I think you should seriously consider the DHA Lahore Phase 7 Plot of 10 Marla. Because in 2013 DHA will start giving Possessions for at least 1Kanal
starting Sectors from P to u. And for 10 Marlas in mid 2014,and Phase 9 will be not finish in Year 2030 that is for sure. Because i Bought in Phase 7 1-Kanal in January 2007 and now al most 2012 is about to finish. And if you medium Budget then you can go for Valencia ready made house 10 marla 10 to 15 years Old for Rs. 60 or 65 Lacs. am also working in the Bank in Kuwait. But now i am planning to build house Inshahallah in 2013/2014. Also i have 10Marla Plot in Phase 7 giving its Development Charges.

Good Information, My personal opinion we should ask the seller before purchase that what he have, It is Full File , At the same time it is highly recommended that in Case of LDA and Patwar Khana one should insist on all File from Top to Bottom,
These offices are notorious for "File loss" or missing papers in Office or other issues. Sometimes paying Bribe one can temper the office file, and similarly once investigation stat, to avoid litigation workers remove the file from Cabinet and destroy it,
There had been incidents.
It is really Hypertension to buy in LDA and Patwar Khana, for overseas Best is DHA or other reputed Private societies and approved C operative societies.

Other hand some are sying ballot is near, so they are buying, a mix reaction.

I have a one Kanal allocation file in DHA Phase 9 Lahore. I am a white collar/ex retired Banker and bought this file only with the motive that my son could build a house upon that keeping in view their means or sell it in good amount.

Kurri model village

Does anyone know about Kuri model village and its exact location?

I don't understand why CDA wants to demolish the existing village and build a new one and have all this hassle of transfers and compensation?

the site for Park enclave and pha is before the existing kuri village then why would they need the land of existing village.

Please update where will it be located and is it a good option to buy in future coz currently cda has banned any transfers coz of corruption in allotment of plots by the former CDA officials.

Please share ur knowledge about this as there is not much info on this anywhere.

Or is it just a useless option?

Legally last Allotment Letter which in in name of Last owner is Ok, However when U make deal definitely the previous owner gives you that copy and original is taken by Society,
Some People Keep Full File from 1st Allotment to current. And feel more satisfied with that, Ideally every thing in Society File and they are Obliged to Give copies to you on your written request, If You are owner.
I Got some Important copies after a Purchase from society office without any bribe etc. {it was valencia]
In an LDA purchase I was Fortunate enough to get full file from seller.
In another Purchase in LDA I also had Full File, and at the time of Transfer LDA asked to give me copies of all installments Paid by Ist Owner, I was Fortunate enough to get it from previous owner but I believe that this was only Tactics by Corrupt LDA admin to get Money as I understand not many people were able to produce such receipts which were paid 10 ys back at differt timings in different banks, only last Clarence letter should be enough.
I still recommend most inexperienced buyers to buy though an honest agent who an guide you what else more than allotment letter is must.
