I Dont think there is are many issues as thought. These plots are usually safe, the only issue people think that the entrance of these houses is in direct vision of may offices and plazas and if some one want to keep an eye who is coming and going the house that can be watched easily. But that can also be done by watch man of next or opposite house as well, once I was looking for house in phase 4 which is built for last 15 years, believe me every 3rd house was empty owners were overseas and only watchman was living, mostly these were young men from villages and getting 7000 to 8000 salary, who knows what they are doing in houses.
Other issues told about houses facing commercial is traffic and rush but I think all commercials are not like DHA phase 3 Y Block and Main Commercial phase 1 if you see Phase 2,4 and 5 commercials these are very peaceful traffic wise.
Commercials are very safe and very easy to live due near by facilities, initially these areas are populated by property dealers but later all facilities come here.
The Only issue which I think is valid is that if you want goto sell you get less price just due to belief of market,
My advice is go ahead as these areas are prime areas facilities wise.

Dear one contractor also gave me rate of 2500 on turn key basis and in end he raised to 2900 on name of extra work done.IF you get honest contractor"..........it's blessing.warna ghat banana shareef aadmika Kama nah in.they always give you hard time.this money does not included even fan,door phone,ac,anything.I am also ictimof this.and request to publish builders of good reputation and work at this site.names and companies.

I have plot in DHA-6 B block near B-23, I want to build house but my plot is facing commercial, i have seen comments in this form that commercial facing plot is not good for building house due to privacy issue. Shall I go ahead to start construction or to sell it and shift to other. Current price of my plot is approx. 85 lac. If i sell it where can i shift? Please guide.

Few days Back i visited Bahria, I think Price has come down due to Malik Riaz scam, there are Plots available in each Block and each line, dealers are trying to get benefit of this situation, i think a good plot in sector C Kanal Can be found in 40 to 44 lac.
Bahria Lahore is developed society and should not have big Impact of Malik Riaz cases , the Only issue to me is Distance and No Construction Penalty. [1.5 Lac Per Year for 10 to 20 merla]
No load shedding Premium Does not Look a Factor here and near by well developed Sukh chayn gardens also have almost same Price.

If DHAI is given money less 20% paid. It means that rumors were true that they never had the 150 K or so plot they sold, they kept our money for 4 to 5 years use it, now after currency devaluation return the same money back to us additional 20% less.

What a shame and big games if this is true.

Sorry for not property related question but I am not getting proper forum for this.So if any body can give answer it ll b highly appreciated.
Sir my children are shifting from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia as I m living there.But schools here telling that their school result cards should b attested from Saudi Embassy Pakistan.I have submitted the documents in Saudi Embassy nearly 40 days back but till now they did not return documents.Schools are saying the last date of submitting the papers is 1st September.Plz advise me wat to do in this situation.Thnx
