one marla would have 225Sq ft and for 4 marla plot will have total size of 900 sq ft ...if u r not making basement....on turn key basis ...i mean from start to finish can cost u around 1500 Prs/sq ft now u can calculate how much its gonna cost u for each floor.
Hope it helps... u can reduce the cost by spreading it with small "thekas" but then u have to supervise the project by yourself....

I am surprised as where all have gone the supporters of phase 9, like JK and others. Realistically think which is better phase 8 or 9. Closer to airport and ring road in phase 8 or closer to phase 3 via interchange and dircet assess from ferozpur road in phase 9. Please see and keep in mind future expansion n view. Short term fishes are ruinng phase ix but at a price of 27 u cannot even get a 5 marla even in least developed areas. Balloting of phase ix is just around corner and u will see the real jumps and peoples repents who trade phase ix for petty gains of 2-3 lac. By theway it is a bhed chaal increase in phase 8. How can prices be almost equal to phase 6 which is having 100s of houses increasing every year and boasting commercial avenue, golf course , beaconhouses and name what is not there

DHA-9 is recommended for those who have just 26 lac in hand, have believe on luck and faith on Allah that they will have a good location plot and Not for those who can buy any time with in any amount. Scary and low confident should also stay away.

This does not matter that file is going up or down but matter is you will have 1k plot in DHA on as low as 26 in current scenario

Hi All-

I spoke with the DHA Office in Lahore and they confirmed that Development Work has started and that all blocks will be worked on at the same time. Prices should go up by 8-10 lacs this summer in my opinion, and Phase 8 Prices will peak at 140 lac like Phase 5,6, etc. as plots mature. Phase 8 is great investment for near future, esp S Block where prices are a little cheaper (get more for your money in the long run).

DHA Valley has involvement of Bahria town's riaz malik, so dnt compare it with pure dha projects. i feel it is fraud project. u can search news on net. express news papers etc. i had allotted 2 plots in dha valley, but later i stopped paying it. same amount i had invested in phase 9 dha 5 marla, i only paid 3 installment now which is about 400,000 and i gained about 1200,000 on plot. so lahore dha and karachi dha r better than islamabad because these r congested cities and dha is near to older citi areas. while in Islamabad it is about 20 km away from blue area which islmabad's heart. so keept things in mind while comparing.

I Called DHA islamabad office on Friday & they told me that the Handover of DHA Homes will be in End 2013.On my Lat visit to DHA Valley July 2012 the work at DHA Homes was going on Speedy.I dont know if is still going at speed. But i did notice that the number of Houses were not much.
We went from Kallar seydan which was quite far.
We were not taken from DHA Valley main express way as it is in patches . The bridges are yet to be built.
Therefore it is wrong assumption that DHA HOMES will be handedover early. Lets consider the fact that DHA Phase II extension started in 2005 & still not developed after 7 years. For Valley it is only 3 years passed. Still long way to go. But one thing can be tell confidently that the Scope of DHA HOMES is very bright. The quality ,material & the Price of 42 Lacs is just perfect for 8MARLA Double story House.

I Totally agree.Its true DHA HOMES is the best Landmark at very affordable price. Current rate for ready homes already crossed 50 Lacs.The interior is just perfect .Servant quarter along with toilet totally seperate comes in 8marla is marvelous.
I called DHA Prooerty Exchange department and they said 52 Lacs for the Homes. and told that the prices will shoot to 60 Lacs upon Handover.Dont forget they carry the name DHA.
I am planning to get book one also.

I visited OPF in March 2012 and found it is very good and safe for investment as well as for living. It safe as OPF securrity personnel are deputed there. Only shops are not there at this moment and have to walk about 2-300 meters towards Raiwind Road or Nasheman Iqbal and Wapda Town.

Take a plot and make your own house.. Don't relay on others as you shall be surprised to see the condition after a year or even less. Do if you have time make your own ..

for 70 you can buy a 10 marla in tricon village lahore (on canal) you will be paying that amount in installments (but you need to persue if you want to get your home constructed within timeframe)

if u want home near dha than visit state life phase 1 and u can buy 1 kanal in 33 lac a very good location plot is available in 33 and rest u can spend on construction ,but construction khod karwain and if u want home near canal side than wapda town and joher town can cum in ur circle and also mustafa town
