3)Total 12 Installment of each Rs 10.65 lacs. Eight installment are paid and in future One will pay 4 more installments of Rs.10.65 lacs every 3 month.
4)The amount of own vary from 25 To 50 Lacs Depending on location.

Mr GR and Mr. X50. Plot X50 price by MR.SM is 140+35= 175 Lacs. Plot is on Paper. You can buy a plot by Mr.GM in 115 lacs in ParkView. Plot is ON GROUND but not know when you can construct it.

After a long patience, I have received a letter from DHA allocating plot number in phase 7- U block.
Development charges are 9 lakh 1,50,000 every quarter.
At least we have outcome...

Is it good idea to keep newly balloted plots in phase 7 so its better to sell them off (because of poor location)ie is there any potential of price raise in near future.

Also someone mentioned the development charges are 15 laks (for Y block) , so I assume it is not same for each block (as Hussein mentioned above , its 9 laks for U block)

I have only half of the informations you have asked. Infect I have not visited Judicial Town lately But can tell you it is about half the way from Islamabad to Murree, opposite to the famous Chather Garden and One kilo meter from the main Murree road. It is not thickly populated but around few families living in this society. Some good houses are constructed and well renowned lawyer Naeem Bukhari owns one of them. Good for retirement life or if you can afford guards and number of dogs for security. Far off from daily amenities

B-Type apartments price would be in between Rs.22 Lac to Rs.30 Lac depending upon the floor.

Do Piaza bhai, you should ask this question from a learned Islamic scholar. I am saying this because i think CMY and Co. have their expertise in Property buying and selling not in Islamic matters but i may be wrong and CMY may have gotten his Aalim degree from a madrissa.... you never know ;)...... anyways that was just on a light side....

as for as i know there is no harm in buying such plots but there is difference of opinion among scholars in selling a plot without knowing the location of it.

Please read the Hadiths given below and decide yourself (open the books of Hadiths Bukhaari and Muslim, look these Hadiths yourself in these books before giving any remarks):

It was narrated from Jaabir ibn ‘Abd-Allaah (may Allaah be pleased with him) that he said: On the day of Khaybar, the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade eating the flesh of domestic donkeys, but he granted a concession with regard to horses. Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 3982; Muslim, 1941.

It was narrated that Asma’ bint Abi Bakr (may Allaah be pleased with her) said: At the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) we slaughtered a horse and ate it. Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 5191; Muslim, 1942.

It was narrated that Jaabir (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: We traveled with the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and we used to eat the flesh of horses and drink their milk. Narrated by al-Daaraqutni and al-Bayhaqi. Al-Nawawi said: with a saheeh isnaad.

In Current market One kanal plots rates are from 38 to 70 lacs Depending on locatin.and 10 marla plots rates are from 25 to 34 lacs depending on location. The development Work of R, S, T and U Block is almost completed and in other blocks development work is in progress at rapid pace.

Rana sb ...i also have plot in sector Y ...for me its too far if you have a look at the area using Google Maps...it would be similar as Phase 4 in coming 10 years....my plot is further 6.6 kilometer from phase 6 interchange...which mean defence mor to phase 5....(my point of view)

The upper part of P Block is Developed but lower one is only on map, the development is not started in portion of P Block Due to pockets and it is expected it will take one year from now on for complete development of P Block. Some of pockets are cleared by DHA but other exists.Current market value of P 255 is around 60 Lacs.

In DHA Phase 7, To transfer a newly balloted plot against park view files, the seller has to pay all development charges before transfer to complete the Transfer.The facility to pay development charges in installment is available to first allottee only.
