can someone please update me on the current market price and market direction of 1 Kanal residential plot in Bahria Town, Phase 8, Sector A in Islamabad. Plot size is 50 x 90 , road is 50 feet. Sector A plot are fully developed with underground utility lines and are ready for possession and construction.

I live in USA and few months ago bought a plot in Phase 8.All transactions were made through a authorised DHA dealer by my brother.Now how can I get the verification that plot is on my name?

UNREALISTIC price of DHA Phase 9 files

Hi there,

I don't see its worth investing in Phase 9 for 1 Kanal price at high price of 25 lac + or if its 30 Lac and 12 Lac would be added as development charges which makes it 42 Lac and atleast 4 year or more would be the time when balloting announces.

We can easily buy 1 Kanal plot in Phase 7 starts from 36 Lac (including development charges) and obviously it will have a plot number now but no one knows if after 2, 3, 4 or more years ahead for phase 9 balloting and when time comes, it will be a plot near grave yard, or back behind the road at very bad location.

I'm no disappointing anyone but I would say price is going mad which is not realistic.

Thanks lahore real estate for keeping all of us informed about the market conditions. I informed about 2 week ago that DHA 9/10 will hit to 29-30 with in a month and someone commented about my predicition that " wild Ideas and it is open market" some one even commented "I am misguideing people".

Infact the inflation is pushing the market up.DHA 9/10 is the last phase so far for those who did not invest any thing in dha and they can become a part of DHA community. It is still good time to invest in DHA 9/10 and also remember my words " this 9/10 phase will be best phase in whole asia once it will be done". stop selling your files and wait until Eid time it will be over RS=30 lac+ sure. :cl :1)

Phase 5 ballot results

Dear Friends,

Ballot results now appear on the DHA website showing file numbers and plot numbers but no names or NIC numbers.

I am at present out of Pakistan and my allocation letter is back home. II do not recall my file number, is there someway I can know my plot number............any other source?

I have a Phase 5 Ext file. Apparently, the balloting has been done but I still haven't heard a word from DHA about anything ever since I bought the file.
