my uncle purchased a park view 10 marla file,he was given a plot number at the time of purchase(most probably in/near c block).then he paid the
transfer fee of dha,again he was given some documents,which included the block and
location of plot..............now if balloting is done,is there any chance of getting the plot in same block?
