Hi,
I have 2 M sector shop plot in V block Phase 8. Plot number is 16. Could you please check if it is a good location and what shall be the worth after 5 years. Also please let me know exact location of plot. Map on DHA site is not clear (because of low resolution). Is this plot near 19.5K park on RESERVED AREA side? or near 49.5K Park.
Further, what is maximum construction hight for sector shop in phase Viii and is basement allowed?
I am living abroad so can not visit the location in person.

Any news about lda avenue development and other facilities.I have heard and see in newspaper that lda will make 2 new housing societies in lahore one with name lda avenue 2 and this society will accommodate the affecting people.
I have head that this society will go higher than all societies( due to location,road map,approach) in that area when development of house starts.
