Please note you are paying too much price as you may have enough extra money and do not care about the price. 8 Marla Com. is being offered @ 70 lacs and 5 M on 210 road in 60 lacs but still I am not buying as I think still price is higher side. Some property dealers are increasing price by themselves and telling I sold to one client in higher price yesterday just to impress the people. Even 2 sides open 5 M plots are in demand of 65 lacs which are much better than 210 fee road as you can make two sides shops. I visited last week in sector C and now dealer is calling me everyday for those plots, but I am still wating to come the price reasonable. I am also looking a 5 M com. but price is very high which will come down soon. There are no buyers in the market. Anyway, decision is yours and friend is also yours, so deal as you feel comfortable.

OHT is Over head Tank
T/W is Tube Well

Round over head tanks in DHA6 and P block of DHA7 P block dont look ugle and also dont have privacy issues as there are no offices in them. They cost lot more to build.

Squire old style overhead tanks that are in DHA7 dont look as good as DHA6 round overhead water tanks. Also in DHA 7 old style over head water tanks have DHA offices for 3 to 4 stories. So there could be some privacy issues if your house is too close to these water tanks in DHA7.

Hope this information helps most people instead of hurting few people. No dealer is willing to share this kind of info with you because his only concern is to make money of the commission. I am sharing this info with you because I know how hard it is to earn halal money and how many years it takes to buy plot and make it a dream home. These type of fine details are important and you have right to know them. A good estate dealer should inform you about all plus and negatives of a plot and then let you make an informed decision.

Eden garden extension / eden garden /eden lands are same location projects. Earlier projects Eden garden / Eden lands are already delayed and construction pace is at snails pace. Location is good but if no development is going on then what to do with location ?

Please dont make a mistake to book the plot with eden housing even if you have spare money. Prior to make decision check their already many delayed projects

I have invested in Eden as well. The one thing that keeps people interested in investing in Eden is easy installments. Although i hate that delay myself as well but this delay factor is every where, whether it is DHA lahore, or DHA islamabad or Bahria or numerous other socities.

eden gardens is on an excellent location, beautiful wide roads covered with green belts.interchange is under constructions nearby eden gardens, and if metro underground stops confirmed then it will be far far from dream to have a house in a colony like eden gardens.i m not a broker but an ordinary pakistani,i visited this site on my visit to pakistan and have no doubt proud to be live in eden gardens. i understand the project is delayed but definately we get some benefits of it. now and later on.

No real construction activity at Eden Gardens. For last six months no real development, accept a tiny bit development on water tank.

It is better not to buy in Eden extension, as you might have to wait for another 5 years!!!!! If anyone is too much tempted, perhaps eden lands is better options as almost 2.5 years passed since its launching.

I have a plot measuring 8 marlas and have paid 1165000 PKR in installments. I would like to sell it to have a plot of 10 marlas in same phase. Please tell me two things:

1- How much can I get for 8 Marlas?
2- When DHA would give possession of DHA phase 8 (specifically 8 and 10 marla plots)?
3- Which blocks are good for home construction in Phase 8 for 10 marla plots?

1)Your plot can be sold at 25000 to 50000 profit on paid amount.
2)i belive it will take 3 to 4 years to get possession in DHA8 proper area.
Only a few 10 marla plots in Y block of DHA8 are on good location.

There is a large pocket in DHA7 X block that is not cleared yet. Please let me know your plot no privately or visit the site of your plot asap. If its in pocket area please sell your plot asap. I have seen few people from Q block pockets are relocated in U block bottom area and people have lost few lacs due to this relocation.

No tax on overseas income if remmitance through banking channels. in case if you rent out your house then u have to pay property tax.

Prices for Dha Phase 6 on the official website are increased by 5 to 10LKH. Really surprising, just want to know ur expert opinion, is it real or fake.

I would especially like to recommend all our Pakistani's living abroad that they can make any deal through LRE without any fear and their money would be 100% safe and deal would be 100% on market rate. I have recently bought a file and was amazed with the services I got at only 1% real commission and nothing more or hidden.

I am told 1500 people from military will be adjusted here from DHA Islamabad etc. When the ballot for this block will be held? I am not sure. People who are going to get plot here are very hopeful that they will get allotment here during this year 2011. Only DHA and Allah knows exact date of DHA8 Z block ballot.

Dear CMY,

Many many thanks for your prompt reply. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize for all the things I have said about you and LRE in the past re Parkview files. As you know I am not in Pakistan so whatever I was told by the dealer via whom I purchased my files, I was quoting that; which sounded pretty authentic at that time.

Anyway time has proven that all those stories were wrong and made up just to extort money from me. I was conned in every transaction that I did with him. Last week I sold a file and was all set to come to Pakistan after agreed 10 days when I was told that the transaction will cancel if I don't come by day after; which was impossible. I believe he sold my file for a very good price but later took a cheaper file from the market and sold it to the buyer. But God is watching and he will get his reward soon.

market worth of this plot is 43 to 45 lacs. If you like to live near Mosque than this plot is great location for making a house. Few people are afraid to make house next to overhead tank due to safety issue in case of earth quake etc but I think it should not bother you. Water tank in P block is round shape and looks good and no privacy issues. I will say hold the plot to make a house here.
