I have heard/seen some people using alternatives for wood work i.e. steel (looha or similar) for doors and windows.
Is it reliable and how much is the cost difference between the two?,
because using deeyar wood is too expensive i think and the other wood work is not much reliable because of deemak etc?.

Dr sahib thanks for email. I think its a very good option for investment gains and for rental income. Scheme is fraud free qabza group free and a great option for overseas Pakistanis.
Location is great and prices are still very low compared to DHA 5 where 10 marla houses go for 110 to 130 lacs. Askari 11 is far better option than DHA phase 5 Lahore 10 marla houses.

I am aware of the fact that you already have handful of very important & urgent issues concerning larger interest of the country, however I would put forward a humble request to consider an issue which effects at least hundreds if not thousands of middle class citizens.

I want to draw your attention to lack of progress of a society which is meant for Supreme Court employees. Though I am not Supreme Court employee, however like other hundreds, became member of the society back in 2004. We had utmost trust that a society whose office is located in the Supreme Court building will look after the interest of their employees & accordingly the other members. However to our disappointment, the ground realities are that no progress is visible at all after lapse of years. Every two years a newly appointed Secretary calls a general body meeting of the members to make tall claims & goes into oblivion again.

I humbly request your kind attention to please probe into this matter and ask the society Secretary to show the progress & expedite the development.

I pray almighty Allah to support you in your tremendous efforts to bring justice in our beloved country and to your good health.
