Openning A Bank Account

Can any brother please help me to know whether it is possible to open a bank account in Pakistan while being outside of Pakistan? If yes, please provide details.

Please accept my sincere wishes and greetings on the advent of holy month of Ramadan.
May Allah, the Lord of All Words (Rab-ul-Aleemen) accept our Fasting (Siam) and Praying at Night (Qiam).
At this time we should not forget to pray for the Muslims of Kashmir, Gujrat, Palestine, Iraq, and Chechniya-Inguishtia who have been suppressed and subjugated in all possible respects.
At this juncture, we should evoke that Pakistan came into existence on the night of 27th Ramadan 1366 AH, which, according to many Muslim Scholars, is the Lailutul Qadar (Night of Fortune), the most sacred night of whole year. The first festival, Pakistanis celebrated was Eidul-Fitr.

The word “Paksitan” is made from the first letters of its five provinces namely, “P” from Punjab, “A” from Afghania (NWFP), “K” from Kashmir, “S” from Sindh and last “TAN” from the last three letters of Balochistan. The word has also meaning “Land of Pak” or which is also meant as “Land of Pure” or “Sacred Land.” Pakistan is the largest Islamic State and the only country whose reason is “Islam.” We are Pakistani, because we are Muslims and if there is no Islam then there is no country.

Could Mr. CMY or any other person post the pictures showing recent development of Central Park. On Urban developers’ they have posted the pictures of A and G blocks which are between Main Park and Entrance gate. Development status of C, D, E and F blocks which are after the Park have no pictures.


As I know some people stopped paying the installments because progress on development was very slow and they were waiting for some improvements.

Now since it has been merged with DHA/EME, I believe development might start soon for undeveloped blocks. As Mr. CMY said that there will be merger fees 1.5 lacs for 10 marlas and 3 lacs for one canals, they will have enough money after collecting the merger fees to start development for remaining blocks.

I called yesterday Urban developers office and asked where to pay the remaining installments. They told to pay it to Urbandevelpres office and if paying by draft then Urbandevelopers name should be used on draft. I think this should be confirmed with DHA also but DHA office employees are saying there is no merger of central park with DHA and this confusion is still unlearned.

Salam Sir,
I have 8 Marla plot in DHA Valley Islamabad. I have paid 3 Installment + downpayment + Registration Fee. I want an advice should I hold the plot and pay 4th installment so I can save my lose some one said that prices will be stable after plot allotment or Should I sale my plot. I don't want to go with DHAI Valley anymore due to there poor correspondance with members because I camplained them so many times that I didn't get any notification from them please update my status but they didn't do that and lastday one of my friend told me that 24 Aug will be the last day for 4th Instalment what the hell.
