Dha multan will not see jumps as prism has so far seen even without any development. People from phase 7 are shifting to prism. Dha multan may b good but lahore lahore hy. Dha multan will raeach the development phase after more than a decade.
The preessure of development charges will force it to reach its lowest ebb.

Mr Investor,

It will really depend on DHA delivers this time. Based on the past record one can predict 7-8 years before H can even be developed forget about possession. If slow development pace is still on the cards then H is a long term block. Slow gainer until possession for average plots.

But if DHA delivers as per his promise on ballot days, H will be a great gainer considering LRR factor and PRISM factor embedded in it anyway.

Please read my lines carefully... I never said it will not be gainer but will be a slow gainer compared to first developed and first possession blocks.. You can see this trend in all phases of DHA.

I am not sure but I think your file should be included in the ballot. The good news is that the files included in the ballot most probably got plots in DHA Town proper. You should get an intimation letter at your address but the delivery is not always very reliable. Its best that you contact DHA office or its helpline, provide them with the relevant information and ask them.

Last ballot for 9 town was in Dec.15, after Sept.15 DHA did a ballot in December as well. you can check with DHA by calling Land Transfer Dept. to get most updated news.

135x should have be balloted in the December ballot.

Prism B Block is a hidden gem and currently very under priced. Has lot of potential to grow. Outstanding location nearest to the other DHA phases and Askari. Since Excluded Area is an empty land not a vollage, therefore it can be predicted that DHA will definitely announce something good in that area in future. As per my opinion, plots near that excluded area are a great opportunity for investors. Rest only Allah knows the best.

But Karim Bhai here are few things i must share with you.

1. Your plot are directly connected with 150ft road
2. your plot is located on 60ft road which is very rare in Prism directly attatched to 150ft
3. Near to Theme Park
4. Not too much near to Boundry
5. You need atleast half a Million for Switching

@ Surfer, Rana, P for Prism. Is it worth to shift the plot to 80 feet or 150 feet road for long term considering the extra price and transfer charges. Further as @Surfer pointed out it is close to 150 feet, Main Commercial Center, Park and Mosque. Seems a good location?

hassan overall location of phase 9 is very much better and strong than ivy green. phase 9 is surrounded by densely populated area hence more growth is expected. its just my opinion based on information gathered through meeting and discussing with lots of people around. ALLAH is best judge though
