Dear I had confirmed from DHA office. Intimation letters to civilians will be issued after 15 January. Now a days only Army peoples getting the letters.

DHA Town Intimation Letters received.
Hi,

I have received Plot intimation letter with plot number against my DHA Town File. It is given in block D, plot number is not on the map but good sign that things are going forward.


Has anybody else received letters?

Yes, we have also received a letter form DHA for a balloting held in September 2015. The 5 Marla plot is in block C and the number also exist in the Map. That seems very interesting. This means there is no DHA Town extension rather in the same possession blocks.

I had 3 files but only 2 got balloted. 1 in block C and 1 in Block D as well , C block plot is on the map but not the other. Not sure if the third file has also got balloted or not?

Maz and Zaheer, could you please share the file number series? For example, if it was 856, you can say 8 series. In this way, we can estimate if the rumor of first 1000 number balloting was true or not. Mine was 5 series. I have my friend's 6 series but he has not yet received any letter.

I had two 5 series and one 6 series. Both 5 series have been balloted but not the 6th series.

DHA Parkview location is ideal. But will DHA guarantee that buying a file in Parkview, you will get plot in Parkview and not in Phase-7?

HI, Remember, You are not allowed to take more than PKR 3,000 out of Pakistan and for India this limit is PKR 2,000 per person.

For foreign currency to UK or any EU Country, Limit without declaration at UK/EU airports is up to 10,000 euros per person. But please check what Govt. of Pakistan allow to take out from their airports, and if they have reduced it to 5,000 euros or US Dollars, you have to follow that.

This post is specially for those people who opposed my suggestion to invest in canal garden in installment in new extension.people says they don't have land nor they will develop this society nor they will ballot the plots.
Now the society have balloted the plots and development is in full swing.New approved map is also there.boundary wall is in progress.I have internal source in society and from them I came to know they will give pocession well before expected date which is July 2016.Society even refunded the amount to people who Did not get plot in ballot.The new extension is adjact to bahria and there will be road from bahria to canal garden then on defence road this is approved road 150 feet.Still there is charm to grow.Iwill suggest you to visit and then decide what your mind says.

I will update the map.There are only few plots in New extension of E block and all are booked and sold.Society Did not advertise the new extension.Plots vary from 5,7 and 10 Marla.I have another news that society is also trying to acquire further land adjact to this extension but that is not finalize yet.once I got confirm news I will update you.

Mr. Asad how do you know that Northern Zone 605 to 607 is not coming under Ring Road according to the LRR maps provided by Lahore Real Estate this area even if it is not coming under Ring Road it will be very close, so this area will be affected by the Ring Road noise. Motorway is far more noisy than a normal road. When vehicle travels at very fast speed it creates lot of noise due to cutting through air and road drag and friction noise. And on motorways thousands of cars travel per hour so it like a constant noise and one more thing motorways never sleep.

Go to phase 5 DHA right beside LRR. I personally went there and there was no issue. Even in lawn i did not find it noisy at all. But it is better if you buy plot 2-3 streets away.

Mr. Air; the plot is not under LRR bridage and not also adjacent to LRR. There is a distance of 500 meter away from LRR. So no conept of noise there and also LRR is not for aeroplanes runway.

How come U-1379 @ 110 and U-1344 @ 95?. This assessment is not logical U-1344 is better located and fully facing play ground, however U-1379 is just at edge of play ground and close to school. Price of U-1344 must be more than U-1379 or at least same.
