Gentlemen

We shall not be panic due to the current situation and hold our nerves considering the fact that we are holding quality property which has gain over the years in a stable pattern. Selling will not be benificial at this moment as buyers may under price and take out the benefit. This is how the chain starts. One transaction at little low and the next one could be lower than that which becomes ideal for the buyers as they call it buying time.

To be honest, i myself bought a plot in DHA 9 Town just last week and i am absolutely confident. Longer you hold, higher the benefit.

There are many factors those will keep prices stable for short term.
1- Sellers will tend to sell due to political situation (heavy price down trend)
2- Dollar will go up, overseas investors will try to transfer money & invest mainly in real estate - no other option for them (price up).
3- markets will go down, outflow of market will go in real estate (price up)
Net Result - Prices Stable at least till Feb-2015, but after that still if situation will not stable the heavy down trend will start with correction upto 15% to 20% down.

Mr Visitor, as I mentioned earlier, most of us are unpractical,If PTI comes in power they will correct this TAX system, then you will be made to pay taxes as people pay tax on each and every thing in UK , But you will get better service.With noora taxes are less as they have a corrupt system.Lets see.

Possession of LDA Avenue 1 is available from today for block B. Next week Block D possession will be given and than son with rest blocks. An application form for possession is available on LDA website. I got this info from LDA office today.

i have also 10 marla plot in c block but unfortunately in litigation if it were cleared then it s worth is 65 to 70 lakh.i asked from lda authorities and they told me they are going to contract the public area like roads,parks,graveyard,schools etc and going to give the aggrieved person whose plots are still facing litigation through balloting in next coming weeks.

Take the print and attached the allied documents as mentioned on form and submitt to LDA officals they will give a date for possession....
I dont know electricty is avaialbe in LDA ???? I visit five months before almost wires were lay-out in all societs in cleard area...

Last year I had purchased two files( One Kanal) at phase 9, out of one is showing Allocation of Residential plot Phase9 while other one is showing Allocation of Residential plot Phase9 / 10.

Initially when dha launched this phase, it called officially as "dha Phase 9/10" people have ambiguity whether i am getting plot in phase 9 or in phase 10 but both are same and now called DHA phase 9.From 2010 DHA is issuing new letter officially as "Dha Phase 9". If someone has letter before 2010 it can show phase 9/10 but will be phase 9 Only

Hard to predict when exactly dha will hand over possession of dha town phase 9. Development work is progress. Now they have given access DHA via Askari 11 on C block of town. Bedian Road Entrance will take time for completion. It is expected that by end of 2014 but nothing is confirmed. Certainly prices will be boosted after possession.
