Alhamdulillah, the month of Ramadhan has been bestowed upon us by Allah. ZAKAT is one of the five fundamental pillars of Islam, mandatory on all muslims who are of eligible wealth. Zakat is due from and payable by a person on his wealth (and not his income), which has remained with him/her for one Islamic year.

It is difficult to calculate the completion of one year on each item of wealth, because purchase dates may vary. To overcome this difficulty, a practical method is to fix a date (e.g. 1st of Ramadhan), compute your total wealth on that date and calculate Zakat, thereon.

Need your expert opinion and advice, is this the right time to invest i mean talking about the recent boom in prices for DHA-Lahore before the balloting of plots on installments??

Secondly , I have seen DHA Lahore Phase 6 1 Kanal Allocation File Sellers At 38.50 Lacs
DHA Lahore Phase 7 1 Kanal Allocation File Sellers At 24.00 Lacs
DHA Lahore Phase 8 1 Kanal Allocation File Sellers At 30.50 Lacs


it seems this one a file in phase 6,7 or 8 without Development charges ?? if this is so then how much are/will be the development charges and when it will be converted in plot.

whats the better option to go for this allocation file in Phase 6 , 7 or 8 or purchase 2 allocation files in phase 9??

Last Question usually how much DHA takes as i am out of Pakistan and will be in pakistan for around 20 days is it possible to buy within this period?

Thanks for all your support in DHA Lahore. I have applied for 5 plots in DHA Phase IX but got nathing, God knows better why ...

I want it ask you about Bahria Sector D, I want to invest for my children future for next 3-6 years.
Do you suggest Sector D is it good investment, prices gonna go up I have no plan to live is just to invest for future.
How can i confirm the plot from hee, i live in USA.

I have 2 questions if you can answer.
(1) What will be the best housing scheme to buy plot other than DHA... LDA, OPF, Bahria, etc.??
(2) DHA phase 5 Ext and regular phase-5 are separated by ring road (only 5% or less of Ext. is attached with the regular phase-5). Phase-5 Ext is largely connected to Phase 9/10. In front of huge size phase 9/10, a small size phase 5 Ext will not have a value!! Do you think phase-5 Ext is a good investment?

Very Important Points To Keep In Mind

Please be informed commercial or residential plots that have possession in DHA phase 1 to 6 may be transfers only when they are full paid. This is a normally practice for all plots transfers in DHA Lahore. You must keep this possibility in your mind before you buy in installment plots in DHA 1 to 6 that you have full funds for profit amount and the full amount that have to be paid to DHA for possession plot. Current owner could pay installments for possession plots if they don't want to sell their plots or don't want to build their homes. DHA may not allow a new purchasers to carry forward installments that have possession available. DHA Lahore offered plots on installments to generate funds and most likely will not allow to defer payments for new purchaser for ready plots. Keep in mind DHA town plots even non possession plots that are offered to soldiers in installments are transferable to new owners ONLY WHEN THEY ARE FULLY paid by sellers. Installment benefit is only for new winners and not for new buyers.


Plots that have no possession yet could carry forward installments for new purchasers too as DHA is already doing so in DHA phase 8.
