I heard DHA is going to launch commercials in Phase-6 D-block as well, perhaps its map is out. Earlier they have given maps of new commercials in Phase-6 A-block, golf raya & DHA Town e-block.
What DHA wants to do by offering so many commercials? Dont you think increase in supply would affect the demand negatively and ultimately decrease in prices of existing commercial plots?

Defense road widening

I want to acknowledge that your prediction was correct as on April 6 the you mentioned work will start soon.


Now I see till new kahna flyover they are making new road from raiwind road.

Since you have inside info what do you predict what next wil be made inshallah in terms of ring road etc.

Canal road widening already started cutting of trees which will help SOUTH LAHORE societies.

Is there any expert of Khayaban -e- Amin here. Just wanted to get a suggestion, whether to buy 5 marla plot in C block or L block. Prices are almost same but C would be inside proposed LRR and L would be outside of LRR. Also L block has possession but C hasn't.

Want to keep it for investment.

On one webpage, I have come across a statement that J and H sectors of Bahira Orchard are going to be Commercial Hub. With in next two years, the Price of both Commercial and residential plots will be more costly than any other sector of bahria i.e 8 marla residential will be above 1 crore. Still I am arguing what the reason behind it. If there are some gems buried there or just a rumor it is?
