I am planning to sell my plot in DHA within a few months time. The dealer told me that the buyer will give the pay order once the transfer is completed in DHA office.

I want to know is there any special precaution that must be taken regarding the pay order. Is there any risk associated with it? Also are there any other payment methods possible? Please advise

I want to buy 1 plot in dha lahore to built house this year i am very confuse where should i buy a plot my budget is 15000000 i have done all my working and i am confuse between phase 5 m block and phase 6 in 15000000 i can get plot in phase 6 n or m block but phase 5 m block location attract me a lot as it is opposite to phase 5 and i had approach dha management they told me that development is in final stage and possesion will be announce soon also under pass to link main phase 5 with m block will be made at near time

DHA 9 TOWN Approach Road Construction Activity

Hello Friends,

If any one can update on Dha 9 Town Main approach road construction work. Any latest news or pictures. When will the road carpeting start as mud road was almost complete 90% 10 days back.

Further I have heard that dha will build a round about on bedian road to connect 9 Town/ Prism with dha phase 6??? any one have info on this. I got this info from people 15 days back who were working on site building this main road.

Any more house construction activity news???? Thanks.

I have visited phase 3 orchard today and saw that the development is going on in full swing but only in upper cutting i.e. before nalla/drain. They have not touched the land after drain yet. If they don't move the machinery to the lower cutting and move it to some other place, will it not effect the prices in lower cutting adversely. Similarly in D extension they have some portion where development is not started. I am afraid these can get the status of off ground plots.

It is written on Dha website that successful applicant of Dha phase 1 to 6 ballot plots should first pay 25 percent of total amount and then intimation letter will be issued to them.It is kindly requested to LRE to guide me.Will there be no courier mentioning the schedule and exact amount from DHA office?
