I need some advice regarding good doctor (Preferably Pakistani) in Riyadh.
My wife is suffering from severe body aches, weakness and most of the time exhausting feeling.
All the Lab reports are normal.
I am getting fed up from the Hospitals (so called WORLD CLASS).
Looking after for some kind information,

Yes, Mr.Zakir is right. There is no harm in consulting a psychiatrist. Unfortunately, in our society it has remained a taboo to consult a psychiatrist. Depression is a very common medical problem which affects the social life of patient as well as that of family. Depression is caused by an imbalance of brain chemicals (neurotransmitters). Most of the time there is no obvious cause for depression. Timely treatment of depression results in full recovery but treatment should NEVER be stopped without the advice of doctor, otherwise chances of relapse will be high.

brother she is depressed,she need to eat good food daily and improve her health.you cannot do anything until you satisfied her mind that dont worry.best way is keep trust on Allah and remmber him as much as possible.

spend time and talk good in front of her that inshallah future is goood.

brother balance diet is necessary,may be she is not getting sufficent amount of diet.

there are lots of good doctors, but she need following.

1 Allah ko yaad karo zayda say zayda
2 achi diet like fruties,egg ,fish aur salad
3 exercise especially in morning
4 doctor(in case of emergency) uper waley 3 points karo inshallah un ke sahe achi ho jaey gaye. you can give her piles, jins say taqet ati hai ,multi viamins

Dear sir, the treatment for such a patient is very simple, but it needs "STRONG DETERMINATION".(Try for 45 Days & see the difference, Insha Allah)
* 20 - 40 minutes walk in a lush green park preferably after Fajar Prayer.
* Simple diet & preferably vegetables and that's too when your stomach actually demands for food. Meat should be minimized.
* If at all feeling weakness during initial days, take some light diet or just a little fruit.

While you consider other advices, there is another very important aspect that you must not ignore.

Please do not take my advice in a wrong way. You both must have some very fulfilling time together at least twice a week (more or less depending on your and her age). You know what that means. It will refresh her physically as well as emotionally. That aspect when ignored usually causes the kind of symptoms that you have mentioned. BTW, men can also develope similar symptoms in similar conditions. IF it does not work after trying for a couple of months, then see some psychiatrist for thorough counseling to find out the cause of depression. Please avoid the medicines for depression as much as possible as most have very serious side effects. It may however be simple and prove to be very useful (usually without harmless side effects) to use daily vitamins as supplement just in case she is not on a balanced diet, although any major deficiency should have appeared in medical reports.

P.S. Those WORLD CLASS hospitals cannot do much if her tests are OK. Do you expect them to give her unnecessary treatment or medicines?

i agree to the above posts,problem may lie in their relationship she may be seeking attention of her partner,marriages crumble due to husband's indifferent attitude towards emotional satisfaction of their wives,men and women are made different by nature,men use them for their physical satisfaction and think its enough,in reality it leaves them more unsatisfied.women long for admiration,companionship and friendship.unfortunately men in our society act like bosses not friends.

you can try to send her pakistan,her mother or family person where she feel free for two three months,than you will find some change better inshalah,my cousin was also facing this problem after three month when she came back there was good change,actully in in foreign we have every facility but conditions are very tough and tense,so if no problem arrange a visit to get sattisfaction.

If she is a household woman then it is a common problem in Saudi Arabia.Husband is always busy and woman is alone at home.If she is educated better for her to start any job or tuition at home .She also can join some yoga or baking classes.The main purpose is to make her busy.If she is already a working lady then try to evaluate the cause of depression and by checking her to any Psychiatrist easily u can find the solution of this problem.

Dear Rizvi, this is a mental problem. My wife has also faced such problem. Now Allhamdulillah she is ok but still taking medicines from about one year. Every test, report etc was ok. I will advise you to visit any Psycatrist ( a physacalogist who use medicines, a doctor ).

sometimes when the cause is not clear usually it is the deficiency of Vitamin D especially in Riyadh where houses are enclosed and women do not get enough sun. Have her Vit.D tested. One of my friend spend an year getting treatments for aches with no recovery ; finally the Vit.D deficiency was diagnosed . Once treated he recovered fully.

I agree with others that there is no comparison of Phase 6 other societies excluding DHA Parkview. CMy rightly said " DHA Phase 6 is jewel of all DHA". There is still room for more and more gains in phase 6

I am a salaried person. I have 4.5 marla plot in lahore want to start its construction. My total saving is around 10-12 lacs. I am thinking of grey structure single story up-to a level where i can shift with my family.

Is this amount is sufficient to start the construction or not keeping in mind that i don't want to finish and just want to construct in grey structure first?

Grey structure will cost you 900/sft epx. 4.5marla is 1100 sft single storey. So your budget is enough to complete grey structure of your house. Monitor the material purchasing by yourself.

Basement is not suggested in small size houses. Construction cost goes quite high than the normal structure and maintaining the basement itself is quite difficult (some may oppose but I studied it in detail and concluded to avoid it). Filling may cost you another one lac in addition to 900/sft. Your budget is still enough. If one plays smartly, he can manage single storey house to make it liveable with average finishes within your budget. God help you!

AHM!Additional cost in deep plot will not be just on account of filling. Foundations of the house cannot be constructed on filling. These have to be started from the soil level available or may be even lower. This will involve additional brickwork.If well compacted sand is used as filling, the foundation could be placed at somewhat higher level, but that will again cost higher because of higher price of sand as compared to earth filling.

Salam,
I want to invest in DHA Islamabad or Lahore for 1 to 2 years.

Option 1 is to buy a 1Kanal plot in DHAI Phase II in street 6 and 7 which will be close to planned high rise buildings and a new gate. current offered price is arround 4 to 4.5 million rupees.

The second option i have to buy 1 kanal file in DHA lahore phase 9, which will be arround 3 Million Rupess ?

The only reason is the location of plots.In X block old cutting 10 Marla plots is around 35 to 38 & in Y block 40 to 42 (all @ 150 Feet) Lac depending on location whereas in new cutting plots you can get plots from 28 to 34 lacs depending on location in different blocks.
Before the arrival of phase 7 new cutting plots in T, U, X and Y block against Park veiw files and plots, these old cutting 10 Marla plots are on the boundary of DHA 7 and was traded 23 to 32 lac, but now they are in middle of their respective blocks and earned superior locations as compared new cutting 10 marla and near to be developed prior to new one.

Hi,
i want to know some information about property papers.
I have searched through over internet but couldn't find any satisfactory answer.
I am in deal with a property dealer.I want to know that Q1:what is the value of allotment letter after selling the plot to 2nd person (1st trans-free).Does the value of allotment letter ended after 1st transfer and there is value of only transfer letter?
Q2:-If some person have only transfer letter of a plot.Will this be enough for the proof of owner for that plot in case of lda society ?

Bahria is the best if you don't need to commute to Islamabad main area or don't mind an hour + commute in rush hours. Actually Bahria is far superior than any CDA sector in those circumstances. It's gated, clean, secure and feel like you are not even in Pakistan. And it costs a fraction to live in as compared to any F/E sector. Go for it brother

He is talking about Islamabad not Rawalpindi,yes BT is very good for Rawalpidi not for Islamabad,Malik Riaz is also living in G6/4 sector of Islamabad please don't compare raw at side of Islamabad/Rawalpindi to F or E sectors of zone 1 Islamabad exclude zone 2.

From the question it seems that budget is not an issue and only the BEST is desired so I think we will have to stop at F-8 and leave out F-10 and beyond. To try to differentiate between F-6/2or3, F-7, F-8 and E-7 is like splitting hair, however their best part is on or near Margalla Road. Hill Side road of E-7 is also breath taking.

Prices seem to be less than 4 Crore per kanal in F-8, around 5 crore per kanal in F-7, E-7 and F-6/2 and somewhat higher in F-6/3. Prices always have a wide range and these are very rough figures, a serious buyer would spend months researching the prices and then may be write over here in the spirit of sharing info.

F-7 is in the middle and is therefore closest to all the educational institutions around, it also has the best market (Jinnah Super) so for the purpose of this query I would say F-7 is the best.
