I purchased A plot in P block considering p BLOCK the best one due to IT'S locatION on main boulevard. But it has not appreciated as like other blocks in the recent wave of price hike. How do you rate P block and Whatis your forecast about this block in particular?

Hi:
I need some guidance as I have small savings and I have been advised by one of my cousin to buy 1K a plot in DHA phase 2 Extn. I want to ask is this a safe long term investment and what is the future of phase 2 extn when DHA Valley(which is huge area) is still incomplete.
Also One very basic query since i am knew to this forum. What is the difference between plot, file and allocation file? how all these three differ and how they effect my decision of property purchase?
P.s i am looking to invest for long term like 10 years but would like if a need arises i can sell it without loss.

Grey Structure contract

I am planning to sign a contract for grey structure for my 1 kanal house in Phase 6 DHA Lahore with a contractor. I am based outside Pakistan so I am planning for a lumpsum contract.

Can some experts and other friends who have recently gone through this experience kindly guide me on the issues which I should take care of while making this contract. What is generally included in grey structure and what is not. Should material make be mentioend in contract like cement etc. If so, then which makes are better.

A detailed guidance shall be highly appreciated.
