I have 10 millions to invest and i wish to buy a plot and built a house on it for sale purposes. Which is the best location for max output? I m interested in raiwind side of Lahore so plz shed some light brothers for such investment as whether it is a better option than investing in multiple plots and if yes in my budget which is the best location for max output ???

Dear LRE team,

I want to invest in DHA Prism file (5 marla). What are your expectation on a 2-3 years holding period? I heared that I should at least wait for 2 year for a profit and that a shorter holding period is not interesting.

Additionally, what are your opinion on the fast track development of the whole scheme? Is it feasible under their timeframe (3 to 4 year as I understood - correct me if I'm wrong)?

Today saw this and looks DHA RAHBAR phases MNP will be handed fast as infrastructure almost developed. phase 1 and 2 already has possession these were 3 extra blocks of phase 2 FGH etc blocks.

DHA RAHBAR is on Raiwind side DHA PROPER project. Because on this side DHA presence is very little only EME is the only other developed phase so intense interest of small home buyers and investors who wants DHA name and all that which comes with it.

Plot # 593-Q 1 kanal
Plot location Near boundry not facing boundry. Facing P block kanal plots.direct approch from 150 and 80 feet road.
Some dealers told me that exchange this plot.
This is bad location plot.purchase good location plot.
Dealers kehtey hain in future ye plot slow gainer ho ga or sale kerna b mushkil ho ga now i have a buyer.
Kya ye sach ha ya dealer apni comission bnane k lie keh rahey hain....
Plz experts guaid me..chack plot on map and than advise me
Hold this plot or go for second option (exchange).

DHA 9 Town is showing impressive recovery as the market is unable to confirm 5 marla average location plots for 58 lacs. 58-60 lacs was the price that investors saw after the possession of these plots 8 months ago. This means gains are yet to be seen and these plots may well touch 70-75 before the end of this year. Good luck to investors, builders and home makers!
