Buying is highly recommended here at these levels today in ONLY safe schemes like DHA Lahore Bahria Town Lahore NFC Lahore Central Park Lahore DHA Islamabad phase 2 ext. Bahria Town phase 8 Pindi. Please don't fall for investments that are offered on installments or are new bookings from same people that have not fulfiled past promises. There is too much over supply in market today for old inventory from same builders at much lower prices than their current new bookings on installments. In installments you pay highly inflated prices.

If you have cash please don't keep waiting for more lower prices anymore because we see lot of buyer looking for these lower prices but we also see not enough plots or files to fulfil all buy requirments. Sellers are keep taking off their properties from market or they are increasing the prices avery time we give them offer from buyers. You should buy now at current . If you wait more you will pay more than you will be blaming your dealers for increasing the price artificially but Truth is we only buy and sell on market rates (Based on supply and demand). If you wait for more stability you have to pay more more for that wait.

Not only the Maulana Fazlur Rehman (Fazal-ur-Rehman) is the most hypocrite politician this unfortunate land has ever seen, he is also the most brazenly shameless man who has got no morals and ethics for sure, and to top that off, he has now publicly started admitting that.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman (Fazal-ur-Rehman) enjoyed the dark rule of Pervez Musharraf with full throttle behind the scene while deceiving the MMA and other opposition partner and then he was there striking corruption deals with Asif Ali Zardari and the lot and now this ever-in-government Moon-hilana is once again enjoying the sun and making hay.

As soon as the new government sworn in, the Fazlur & co. left their former umbrellas and joined in the party with all of their evil. Zardari in his fears to gather as much support as possible also got along and US also wanted to give a touch of “religious” support to the so-called new democracy in Pakistan and so enters Maulana Fazlur Rehman (Fazal-ur-Rehman), the chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F).

After joining in the government, Fazlur demanded ministry of petroleum or chairmanship of Kashmir committee for himself and a ministry for his brother, and vast land in Dera Ismail Khan for his kins and cronies. Initially Fazlur denied the charges but now he has admitted it.

Is there no law in the country to curb and teach a lesson to such people? This shows how much contempt and disgust this man has for the people of his area and country at large. Yet he is not afraid, because he knows that there are many blind, ignorant and dogmatic followers who will make sure that he remains in the future assemblies. How unfortunate!

To force the law they build their institution's and courts.They strengthen judiciary and they made strict rule to appoint the member of judiciary and bearucracy they don't believe on family names they don't count how many haj a person perform the believe that every body must be checked physically to clear his honesty.So Many other think happening in our society which they stopped before hundred years. I am unable to find any files at any rates in DHA today so I am unable update accurate rates.

Dealers have withdrawn the files to take advantage of the pervailing optimism by the people of Pakistan. Forgetting that the current events have impacted the emotions and the feelings and not the pockets, also foregetting that international economic scenario and the global trend in the property market still remains unchanged. Pakistan 's property market can not go on in isolation. Investors today have many choices; including buying of houses in USA and UK at less than one third of the orignal price.

Any overvaluation in these files created by shortage of supply is temporary and bound to be shortlived. The prices will stablise soon and come back to the orignal in one week max two weeks. Myopic thinking that DHA is the only investment in this world !

In April 2009, you will find many DHA files for sale in the market. Because due to word economic crisis, sponsors in the Gulf countries are sending back their employees to their respective countries for a certain period (from 1 year to 2 years) after completion of children exam in March 2009.

Real Estate as a business/investment specially in DHA has lost its charm as the development is at halt and other societies around EME onwards are now more attractive.
Alternatively, the profits are higher and immediate n the Capital market. Therefore, not much expected from DHA files investment.For genuine buyers aged under 40 years with the intention to build a house for their own living , it is worth holding on to phase 8 or 9/10 files in DHA. About the BroadWAY, if the Broadways and the shopping malls in DUBAI are deserted, due to shrinking pockets of the consumers, who will shop at Broadway with the given pessimistic economic indicators of Pakistan.

today i personaly visited the site,a huge double road is started from gt road towards site,is completed around 2km,the road is constructed by bahria town on my inqury the staff told me that it is joint venture between BT and DHA,so BT is constructing this road and they will complet this road with in 6 monthes,the total length of road is 12km and end of road is started dha valley,today you can get developed plot in d sector of commoner town,all dues clear is around 23 lack and phase 2ext around 12 lack,better not to invest in this place.

Your mumty area is also exceeding more than 400 sq foot. How will you handle these problems with CDA/Society especially when CDA is very strict with his rules and regulations.

Yesterday (5 AM) when i wake up and started to prepare to go pakistan embassy (london) to protest, i was bit worried,reason behind was the people of lahore. i was worried that people not gona come out in great numbers because of the basant. I didn't voted for Kabari zardari, a corrupt man can achieve a lot though. our nation is lakir ki fakir and still the same, thinking that restoration of judiciary will solve our issues. If I have option, i will kill all policiticians, including media they are not more than 5000/- may be even less. Getting rid of them, might solve our problems.

I agree, most of the politicians are corrupt, including Mr. Ganju, Kabari, ANP, JUI (F), Altaf Bhai etc... But i don't have anything against IK. When i start listing good points & bad points, then i find IK with no bad point, putting him on the top (but yes we can say he haven't got any oppertunity). Still...

Also, not only politicians are corrupt but berocrates, peer, mazaray, choudhries, other companies officers, jugdes, Army gernals etc are also corrupt.. Since basic infrastructure only let corrupt people to come up. For example, there is an understanding in Army that those bargaders, Gernals who don't drink can't come up, similarly, my father's friend is waiting to become director for more then 8 yrs, and his seniority is duty for more then 5 yrs, but still he can't, since, he is not corrupt, don't take money to sell wood.. similarly my uncle got promotion while delaying for more then 3 yrs, in the end these 3 yrs will effect his seniority anyhow.

IK has done some welfare things, & also don't have any political background, why can't we try him.. bad is better then the worst.. what u say? Or u have some plan for revolution? I will join by!!

A few days ago, i read an article by chairman of Gallop survey of Pakistan. He wrote that the country is weak but the nation is becoming stronger. Today it is proven that if people wake up, they can control the corruption of politicians and leaders of all kind. It is NOT against PPP. Any leader, govt, party, whether PPP, PML, MQM, JI, JUI,JUP,ANP etc will face the same pressure from public and thats how they will start behaving. They will know that public will hold them accountable.

Well done Pakistanis. Keep in mind that this should not end here and the same should be done against shareefs (or anyone else) if they behave like this.

Ten 10 ago I was in US attending my MBA finance class, and there was a debate regarding who control the economy/interest rate etc. I still can hear echo of my teacher wording.

“President does not have any control on US economy and Fed reserve President can decide when to raise the interest rates. In other words, he was saying that US institutions are free from political personalities”

We need to build our institutions and Mr. Zardari is destroying every single institution. Every single day he is appointing new justices and these justices have very bad reputation and notorious in Lawyers/Justices community.

Honestly I am not fan of all three personalities but it looks like Mr. Zardari does not have any moral values. I would suggest just for sake of free judiciary we need to re-instate CJ, and we don’t have any other options. Imagine good and intelligence PPP personalities are resigning or disowning the Zardari’s actions.
In current scenario, Zardari is a big problem and there is no hope he can control current crises.

Free media has its own advantages and disadvantages. I would say there are move advantages then disadvantages. Yes free media will help to eliminate corrupted political personalities.

I think that whoever assumed the reigns of Government tried to impose himself without any regard to rule of law or justice. This has been going on for the last six decades. Name any one person who worked on institutional building process? Every politician was a 'civilian dictator'. The current situation is alarmingly dangeorus and something has to be done. We have so many other problems in our country and politicians are just fighting each other for their personal interests. The root cause is that Zardari should not have promised anything if he was not sincere with the cause.

Media is hyping the already bad situation and i would say that right now its role is more of a catalyst. The reaction is there but media is adding fuel to fire. We can not justify this current scenario.
